Everything! The bed was extremely comfortable, the linen was luxurious, beautiful thick towels - we loved the turndown service every night. The staff were all so beautiful and friendly. We had a massage at the spa and thoroughly enjoyed it. The pool and spa were clean and a welcome relief from the heat. Breakfast was delicious and lots of choices on the menu. Great location close to everything. They even opened up breakfast early for us as we had an early tour. So very helpful and kind.

Great rooms, large and comfortable beds and a lounge area.

Tiny gymnasium only big enough for two people max. The swimming pool water was a an odd green color. The restaurant staff need more education. Toast rarely comes dry without butter or jam but we had to request it every morning of our seven day stay. It was a challenge eye to get soft boiled eggs - something one could expect easily done. Please serve hot food on hot plates.

This is the second time we have stayed, just love the location. Short walk to the beach and centrally located. Many restaurants to choose from, from your Warungs to 5 star restaurants. Cork restaurant that is part of Maison Aurelia has a great selection of meals to choose from. Our room was very comfortable, had everything we needed. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Love the pool here as it stays cool and never feels like bath water, like some other pools in Bali. Love the small touches like a note left in the evening to say what the following temperature for tomorrow will be and small cakes or biscuits left too. Staff are always friendly and most helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Maison Aurelia is brilliant! Room setup worked very well for us with young children, a central lounge so we could close off when the kids were asleep. Beds are comfortable. AC works well. Bathrooms are compact and could be cleaned a bit better / upgraded but are OK Cork restaurant is very convenient and good food wise - perfect for the kids and us when we couldn’t get out in the evening. Their wine selection is amazing - live music Monday to Thursday from 7-10pm, we could have a glass of wine and listen to the music from our balcony. Location is very handy with money exchange, souvenirs, grocery shops, pharmacy, and a short walk to the beach. Adult Bicycles available for free to use Very good coffee shops on the way (Lillian, bread basket and kopi coffee very good) Spa on site is very good too and we were happy to pay for the convenience of it all. Many spas also very close to the hotel Staff are extremely helpful, they couldn’t do enough to help us. It was such a smooth experience that we are in fact going back to stay there again! Don’t think twice about booking here

very nicely appointed and comfortable room at a good price. Very nice breakfast included in our deal. Smaller hotel with nice pool, though often in the shade. This was appreciated after being out in the Bali heat! Cork restaurant and bar is part of the space but you can't charge back to rooms (do get a discount). This was also very nicely appointed with a good menu and drink selection. All staff in hotel and Cork were great. The hotel is situated on the main shopping road of Sanur and 5min walk to the beach. All in all, a great option for a cost-effective getaway in Sanur.

possibly a bigger pool in more sunshine. But it was just right for the size of the hotel and a cool oasis from the heat. So its not like that we didn't like it, just make sure you're happy with that before you book (this isn't a massive hotel with a number of pools etc.)

My first day in Bali was unforgettable, thanks to my stay at Maison. Among the three hotels I experienced during my trip, Maison truly stood out as the best. The environment, service, and staff attitude were exceptional—I was beyond amazed. A special mention goes to the bed: I usually struggle to sleep well in hotels, but Maison's bed was perfect for me. I had a wonderfully restful night, making it even harder to leave. I genuinely regretted booking just one night there.

The experience was close to perfect, but there was one issue that bothered us. After returning from breakfast, shortly before check-out, we discovered that someone (possibly a staff member) had accessed our room and left the door ajar, despite the "Do Not Disturb" sign being switched on. Thankfully, nothing was missing, but this is a serious concern that the hotel should address. Unfortunately, we forgot to report it at reception during check-out.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Would definitely stay again if we were to return to Bali. They left welcome chocolates and dessert biscuits in our room which was a lovely touch. The beds were super comfy, the bathrooms although small are nicely appointed. We stayed in the Magnolia suite which has a lounge area between the two bedrooms and was great to have the extra space and sofa's. The balconies overlooked the walls of the next hotel so no view to speak of but we knew that when we booked and we didn't plan on spending time out on them anyway (other than to hang clothes out to dry) so wasn't a problem. Nice pool area, it is in the shade but a welcome relief from the heat. Lovely staff, nothing was too much trouble - we locked ourselves out of our room and the staff had us back in, in minutes. The Booking.com Hotel photo's of the room are spot on, exactly as shown. Highly recommend staying here if you get the chance.

We stayed here for 3 nights at the tail end of our holiday after returning from Lembongan and chose this hotel because of its close proximity to the boat docks. Omg, blown away as soon as I entered reception. Beautifully presented, the art and decor is absolutely stunning. The staff were just lovely and couldn't be more welcoming, the ice cold cinnamon beverage was devine. We stayed in the Mongolia sweet, spacious, enough room for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Room was beautifullly decorated and the comfiest bed and most gorgeous linen i have ever slept on. I even had to ask the hotel who their supplier is to get some for home haha!! Massage in the spa was fantastic. Hotel is located close to heaps of shopping and restaurants and a walk to the beach. Had bikes out the front for hire but we didnt use. Perfect place for our last few days in Bali - thank you!

Balconies were very tiny but not a huge issue.

We loved everything about it. It is in a very good position for the beaches and shops of Sanur. It was really clean and the beds were so comfortable. We had everything we wanted and needed in the rooms, including robes and slippers. Every member of staff that we met was friendly, helpful and smiley. Communication was excellent. Housekeeping were great and brought a treat and the next day's weather forecast each evening. The pool was lovely. We didn't get to use the spa but it looked very inviting. We only booked 2 nights but wished we could stay longer. We will definitely book here again. We highly recommend.

There was nothing we didn't like, we give it top marks.

On arrival we were greeted with a welcome drink of some iced tea. We were a few hours early so they offered to store our bags until our rooms were ready and text me on Whatsapp if the room was ready any earlier than 2pm. Staff were so kind and friendly here, it really made a difference to the stay. Our flight the next day was at midnight so we asked for late checkout - they offered us 1pm for free or 6pm for 50% of the room rate, which we opted for. Our suite was really nice, comfy bedding, a nice sized living area with TVs in all rooms. The two bedrooms had separate bathrooms. They provided towels for us to take to the beach, which is a short walk away. The pool area at the hotel was very pretty and the daybed loungers were a nice touch. Location was good, plenty of shops and restaurants were walkable but we found it more convenient to use taxis in the heat.

Everything was great so I'm really nitpicking to say this - the blind in the shower in the double room could do with updating.
