It was clean and the bed was comfortable. I liked the white towels and huge mirrors. The space was very well organised and the room was easy to access via many lifts. The Reception staff were excellent and they could speak English and always ready to answer any questions. I could leave my bags with no issue when I got there early. Check out time is 12-12:30pm, so plenty of time to get ready to leave with no pressure. Easy access to shopping mall.

The room was very cold throughout my stay. I had to wear thermals.

Price was decent, staff friendly and there was a min Walmart and Starbucks close by. When I say close I mean literally out the front door. If you are in to your shopping had a mall across the road and plenty of colectivos so no need to be centrally located with these at your finger tips.

WiFi was poor (constantly disconnecting and then going to the home page/walled garden page). Felt a bit like a prison cell as it was fairly small, no balcony and no way to open a window to let fresh air in. Also no mini fridge or coffee machine but in fairness I knew that going in as per the room description but adding these would improve the eperience.

Air con. Beds firm. Vistas! Nice long mirror. Excellent choices at breakfast local hot foods,, cereals, fruits, etc. Nice relaxing dining area. Clean hotel. Good room service. Quiet. No ceiling squeaks. Location 30 min walk from ADO Bus station or local bus. Okay 3 nights. Cheap locsl restaurants on main boulevard. Very good +

TV should be upgraded for modern entertainment to get You Tube, Disney etc! No fridge! Unable take off shower head.

The hotel is on the main road, has a Walmart in the same building, and a car rental store which was convenient. there is a huge mall on the opposite side of the main road where you can walk on a pedestrian bridge to get there in less than 10 minutes.

the toilet was a bit small. The other thing is that even though I had the "don't disturb" sign on the door, still I had my door opened by housekeeping twice while I was sleeping on 2 different days.

Pillows need to be replaced, they are not fluffy or soft, and having to do valet parking in my car, I am more DIY., also lamps on the side of the bed didn't have light bulbs so it was a bit dim and sitting on bed and trying to read was not possible.

All good, but the room had a bit of a smell—kind of like someone had been working out under the sun for too long. A bit of scent or air freshener would help. The location, though, was excellent! We were close to the port for Isla Mujeres, and there’s a Walmart and Starbucks nearby

Location is excellent. There's a mall nearby, a 7-11, a rental car and also a Walmart Express in the same building as the hotel. They also allow you to leave your luggage before and after checkout which is excellent! The whole hotel felt safe.

Rooms are a bit small and amenities provided were basic. There's also no fridge in the room.

Location is great due to being close to Las Americas mall. Room is small and spartan. Breakfast was luke warm and you need to correct that.

Breakfast items are luke warm. I was expecting hot meals.

What I like was the amenities provided by hotel (hot water for bath, clean towels, shower soap, complementary water on reception everyday), and the most important the room was cleaned and tidy everyday. Cleaners and staff in the restaurant were pretty friendly.

When I approached to receptionist, sometimes some of them tried to answer with short questions in order to avoid specific and long explanation.

Ibis has an amazing staff who stayed there all night during hurricane Beryl. They took care of all the guests who were scared of everything that was about to happen. They didn’t panic and dealt with stressed out customers. You have a great staff.
