Location was perfect for visiting family nearby with a lovely place to stay for some down time. Pool and spa facilities were absolutely lovely, our son enjoyed his second time swimming during child friendly times. Room had great air con, was super clean and decorated really nicely. Bed was very comfortable with lovely cotton linen. Lovely smelling products in the bathroom too! Staff were always super attentive and friendly! Parking on site which is a great bonus too. Definitely would stay again and look forward to our next visit, hopefully a little longer!

Although a great breakfast selection and good quality, the sausages on our full English were a bit pale for our taste however this was not raised to staff so no chance for anything to be rectified which I'm sure there wouldn't have been any issues. Little pot of beans..again this could be personal preference but we do love a good full English with plenty of grub! Whilst the hotel and room looked and felt well maintained some of the black shower cubicle frame was chipping away and some bird poop on external window frame. This is all minor bits and only me being really picky and none of this was raised when I was there so it didn't hinder my visit at all! I would definitely stay again and do really look forward to it.

Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices, and the freshly made pastries were absolutely delicious. The room was comfortable, though it could use a little fresh paint. The spa, swimming pool, and sauna were clean and well-maintained, we really enjoyed the facilities. The hotel also has lots of open space and greenery, which made the stay even more relaxing.

I cannot think of anything I didn't like. Perhaps, it is distance between the hotel and the town center. You need a car or a taxi to travel to the town.

Beautiful surroundings, lovely staff, very comfortable bed. Kids and I enjoyed the lovely communal area. Chairs were really comfy and gorgeous:). Our doberman enjoyed him self, he was very welcomed by everyone he met:). Was given bowl, treats and mat:).He loved exploring the area around the hotel:).Bins in most areas, very handy. Swimming pool was good size for us. Steam room and sauna was hit for kids, first time for them, they loved it. Comfy sun loungers around the pool. Breakfast was tasty, nice choice of good quality products. Front of house were very attentive and pleasant, food and drink was always topped up. Egg royale was cooked just right and hollandaise sauce we liked. Restaurant is nicely decorated with view into greenery. We were watching sunrise while having breakfast. What else you need:) You can buy breakfast voucher from reception for £14 instead of paying £18.

From 6 pillows only one was ok to sleep on. It wasn't so puffed up. It was cold in the room,but what was I expecting when it was one of the coldest days in the UK. Radiator was working on full, kids were fine and luckily I had warm clothing. No pressure in the shower:(. Same at the swimming pool. Doesn't affect me much but it disappoints, so be prepared and enjoy the rest:) As much as our dog enjoyed himself, I think £80 is a bit much to pay for 2 nights. Gifts for the dog is a nice touch, but people bring their own. So perhaps lower stay and no gift? I would recommend this place and will definitely come back.

Room very comfortable- newly refurbished with excellent bed and shower. Room attended every day with fresh bottled water, biscuits, chocolate etc. Excellent free WiFi. All staff we met were friendly and very helpful. Plenty of parking near the rooms. Good value for money. Would definitely return.

Minor comments on breakfast. Muesli availability first day but not the following two - important for us. Good selection of cooked breakfast, but could improve scrambled egg which was reconstituted, and better quality bread. Otherwise good.

The place was really nice. It’s spread across a few buildings and it has a pretty views. The Spa area was as described but the massage rooms and the massage exceeded my expectations. There was always plenty of towels, swimming suit dryer, hair dryers and even straighteners. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The only downside was our dinner. The restaurant was lovely so was service and the singer. All very elegant just the food itself was lacking flavour. The same with the breakfast, it was fantastic so much choice and lovely service. I ordered English breakfast. All bit rubbery, lacking flavour and cold.

The staff were helpful, even on the phone, they go over and above to assist. The rooms are very clean and spacious and beds comfortable and the pool and spa facilities were great. Our full body massage was EXCELLENT and we had a wonderful dinner and stay in general. Would recommend this hotel to anybody. The nearby town is so quaint and the grounds and walking trails by the hotel allow you to decompress and relax.

My room (204) air con wasn’t working. Although engineers looked at it and cleaned the filters, they would have left the premises at 6pm knowing that it still wasn’t working but no explanation was given. This was bad timing as it was a hot day, we’d had a long drive and I had a migraine. The receptionist provided me with a fan and did what he could, but I didn’t have a good night and was disappointed to pay the usual amount as a result, with only an apology. The hotel was fully booked so no other rooms were available. This was my third visit and it won’t stop me from staying again, but it was a frustrating experience.

The location was beautiful, surrounded by greenery. The buildings themselves had character and although the room was small, it had everything we needed. The food was excellent with friendly and attentive service and the gym, swimming pool and spa facilities were perfect for a a quiet time of year.

Not suitable for pedestrian travellers as the only way to the nearest town was along a rather dangerous stretch of country road. Car or taxi essential to visit Haselmere town.

Bed good, room good except curtain pelmet poorly thought out, easy to bang head when getting up from the bed…..several times!! Breakfast good, but bacon dry and quite hard. Dinner menu fairly limited, but good. Lovely location.

Bacon had been standing too log and was hard but tasty. Shower screen needed plastic strip to stop water from going on floor, and the shower head needed replacement. Toilet needs some maintenance as was overflowing all the time.nice

Lovely, comfortable room in pretty setting with good public path for walking dog. Excellent job being dog friendly with bed and bowl provided, along with treats and poop bags. Superb friendly service . Nice variety at breakfast. Xmas dinner was well done . Well maintained grounds.

No hot tub in the pool/spa. No playground for kids. Room was too hot and I could not set temp lower. Towel bar in bathroom didn’t work and hook on back of bathroom door was broken off.
