We had a decent meal in the restaurant and the staff were very attentive. The room was good although the layout was a little quirky the safe was on the floor and a tray was placed on top to hold the tea/coffee/kettle so it was a test of flexibility to reach down for a glass or cup. Just yards from the tube station so easy to find and convenient for an early start in the morning. Surprising quiet we could not here any excessive noises from outside.

The refurb planner appears to have forgotten the toilet roll holder when designing the layout so the tissue roll was sat on a shelf above and behind the toilet.

The location is excellent — very close to Euston Underground, and just around the corner there are three more central tube lines. The cleanliness was at a very high standard, and the staff were polite and helpful. Our room was facing the inner part of the building, so we didn’t hear any noise from the main street, which was a big plus. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed: a bed, a shower, and a toilet — perfect if you’re just staying overnight. Another positive was that the air conditioning was on when we arrived, which was thoughtful considering the heat in June. We also appreciated having a small fridge in the room.

The only negative thing we noticed was that the elevator was a little slow. Also, for added security, you need to use your room card to access the stairs, and after 10 PM you have to scan your card again to enter the building, which made a good impression as it means no one from outside can get in. I had read some reviews mentioning that you could see through the frosted glass into the bathroom, but in our case, this was absolutely not a problem — it was designed very well, and you couldn’t see anything. We have absolutely no complaints and would happily stay here again.

Hotel location is really good - there are Euston and Euston Square underground and train stations nearby, so you can travel to any part of London pretty fast. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Room cleaning service cleaned up everything. Beds are clean and quite comfortable. Also, there is an option to extend check-out time window by one hour for free.

Even though window sound isolation is good, there is a hospital nearby, so expect frequent sirens. Also, the hallway noises can be a bit loud (depending on the room you're in).

This is our second visit to this hotel,after staying there just 14 days before..The staff are excellent, always there to help with advice on everything to make your stay very pleasant..We feel they are our friends..Love the modern rooms, everything was taken care of, nothing too much trouble..Reception staff are all amazing, the restaurant has delicious food and drink (the home made pizzas are wonderful.)..served by the amazing Victoria and Dominic..Thank you again for the great friendly service by the amazing staff at this hotel..Will be back again soon.

Excellent location connections wise. 10 min walk to Euston station. 1 minute walk to euston square underground. 5 minute walk to Warren st underground. Lidl supermarket opposite Warren st underground. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. They would go above and beyond.

It can be noisy. A lot of sirens (ambulance, police, fire). Something needs to be done about the bathrooms. Although they have frosted glass, you can still mainly see everything from the room. There is no privacy. There are plenty of options like a blind to cover the door or self-adhesive film to ensure privacy.

We found everything 5 star..The friendly, welcoming and very helpful knowledgable staff were amazing..The spotlessly clean and comfortable room,Food was first class and very affordable...We will definatelt be back for anotger visit...The very helpful trainee was so lovely, he us going to be a good asset to the group Tge lady young lady , everyone amazing. Good location for tube stations etc..Cannot fault it...So nice to find a really good hotel in London..Thanks for our enjoyable stay...Hope to see you again soon...

There were no bad points whatsover.

The room is in a great location if you're travelling to/from Euston Station for work - it's a one minute walk from the station, and quick walking distance of convenience shops and restaurants. It was quite clean, the team are very friendly and available, and the rooms are comfortable with good water pressure and a thermostat for temperature control. The wifi is free and very fast, so I was able to stream tv shows during my downtime.

The digital room key and tablet system - having to install an app and sign up just to get in my room was a little unnecessary, as well as using the tablet to control the tv.

An immaculately clean and modern hotel, polite and friendly staff and great location, right by the tube station. The bed was really comfy, we had a superior room and it was very spacious. The room key was via an app and the room had a tablet that controlled the TV, had room service, contact to reception, requests etc. We thought this was quite cool! We would definitely stay again and would recommend to others! Really happy with our stay😊

The only thing I would advise others of is that the bathroom isn't very private (partially frosted glass). This wasn't an issue for me and my partner but some people may want more privacy. We had lovely hot showers on the first day but on the day of checking out the shower wasn't hot enough, possibly because everybody in the hotel was showering before check out? It wasn't a major issue though as everything else was great!

The room was small but very clean, and completely fine for traveling solo on a city break. The staff was lovely and they even changed rooms for me as the TV wasn’t working in the other room. It’s next to Euston station which was really good for getting around with the tube, but also a lot of optios to use the bus to get around. The restaurant next door was also good to have a drink and a bite to eat. Grateful value for money

A little tiny room and the cleaning was a bit more towards the afternoon but was not a big issue.

Close to Euston Station and not far from St Pancras/Kings Cross stations. We booked at very short notice as we had an unexpected change to our travel plans. Our room was windowless, which felt a bit strange at first, but the bed was comfortable . The air-conditioning worked really well, and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious. The price for the room was good for London. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The room was quite small, but to be fair, that is normal for London hotels in that area.
