Very clean hotel about 20 mins walk from Canary Wharf rail station. Less than 5 min walk from East India DLR stop. Room compact but efficient but the wardrobe is not a traditional wardrobe but a curved frame with a rail and shelf that we had to lean around and in to to access our clothes, narrow opening made smaller by large desk next to it which in itself was next to a redundant bench seat. Get rid of the bench seat, move the desk over then easy access to the wardrobe. Pod/capsule bathroom unit in the bedroom worked really well. nice breakfast, but that's the only food available other than pizza.

The hotel was ideal for an overnight stay for the Kylie concert at the O2. Our room was clean and tidy with a great shower of a very good size. We were on the ground floor and I was a bit worried about road noise, however with the window shut you couldn't hear anything. A great night's sleep was had. There was a very good selection at breakfast and considering it was half term, very calm and quiet. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking - plenty of spaces when we arrived. Make sure you go to reception BEFORE paying,even if it's before your check-in time as they will give you a code to use which reduces the parking fee. We paid £16 for 24 hrs. Travel to the O2 - If you're fine for walking we would definitely recommend walking to Canary Wharf tube station (15 mins) and then take the Jubilee Line, 1 stop to North Greenwich, there and back. It's so easy and the walk feels very safe, especially returning late at night, being along well lit pavements and no subways to use. Also great places to eat in Canary Wharf beforehand if required. I would definitely stay here again 😊

We stayed here for a concert at the O2 area and the location was great! Just one stop on the jubilee line to get to the 02. It’s about a 20ish minute walk to Canary Wharf station. The staff were AMAZING! Such an easy check in and out check out and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Drinks sold in reception were very reasonable. The rooms are very basic but a great size and very clean. Would definitely stay again! Breakfast was really great in the morning and there was constantly someone outside keeping the entrance to the hotel clean and tidy.

The location was perfect for a concert at the 02. Every staff member we met was friendly and helpful, and it seemed a good team. We also spent a day in Covent Garden, which was also easy to get to. The lady on reception(Sabina, I think her name) helped us work out the tube trains, and it was much easier than we anticipated. The room was lovely, overlooking the big Halifax/HSBC, which we enjoyed looking on to. The big bed was white clean and very comfortable. There were extra pillows provided that we used. Breakfast had lots of choices and was a nice way to set up for the day. It's definitely worth its cost. There's a gorgeous Italian restaurant just across from the hotel that does takeaway pizza, which is just delicious and worth a visit to. We made use of the hotel parking and the car park was easy to find. All staff were great but a special shout out to the breakfast chef for the good food and the food handlers who promptly topped up the dishes to keep hot food available. Also, the cleaners, it's a well-kept, clean hotel, well done to you. Sabina, on reception, and the 2 gentlemen on reception, one of the evenings we were there. Well done, all of you.

When having a shower, our water would suddenly change temperature when another guest in another room would flush their toilet. This was more of a nuisance than an actual problem, though, because we were only having quick showers as we used the hotel for a base while exploring different parts of London. It wouldn't put us off staying in the future. It's more just something to be aware of.

The room was a standard size, nice and comfortable. It had a TV and desk, and the bed was easy to sleep in. The bathroom was small, but clean with an adjustable shower. The staff were attentive when I walked in and checked me in very quickly. Great location, Canary Wharf is a nice part of London and 15 minutes from the tube station, which is 1 stop from the O2. Great value for money, especially for the location.

The air conditioning in my room didn't work, and I stayed during a heatwave. The room didn't get too hot though, so wasn't a huge issue.

Again, another property on here that states parking, which this one did have, but you had to pay a fortune for it. Why is it never included or state that you have to pay for parking so technically it’s not included? Paid almost £100 in parking for a couple of days. Bad smell of drains in the bathroom when any water runs. Key cards for room stopped working continuously, so had to keep going back down to the lobby and asking for new ones.

The staff were the mainstay of our visit, they were so friendly & helpful! The accommodation was actually better than some of the reviews might have suggested, yes, there are some aspects that go hand in hand with the constant turnaround of humans who for the most part don't care about where they're staying, you know, a lick of paint here and there, but nothing worse than that!

I'm not sure - it was all pretty good as far as we were concerned, excellent breakfast, comfortable bed, if I had an observation, and it is just that, not a complaint per se, the rooms could be a tad bigger. Logically, that's not possible given the constraints of the physical structure of the building, but for our needs it was fine, it did what it said on the tin!!

Great for a night's stay. About 15 min walk from canary wharf underground. Room was comfortable and relatively clean. Could have done with 1 extra towel. Corridors seemed dirty and dated but room was ok. Really friendly and helpful staff. Really easy to get an Uber from there. Took about 20mins to the o2 if you dont fancy the walk back to the station. The area felt safe and room was nice and quiet. Would definitely use and stay again.

I visited for 3 nights for a concert I was attending at the O2, and the hotel was in excellent proximity to the venue, making it really easy for me to go back and forth for two nights in a row. Room was spacious, with a comfortable double bed. I was able to check into my room a lot earlier than expected, which was a amazing as I needed a place to leave my suitcase until noon anyway. Checkout was very easy and overall I would recommend this hotel if you want to explore Canary Wharf and for anybody attending events at the O2 nearby.

How close it was for me to travel to from an event I was attending to. I also liked how late the check-in time was. I wasn't able to check in in the day, so by the time I had the opportunity to check in, the time was 11:30, so it was really convenient. The staff was really kind and good guidance and fairness towards customers!

I couldn't enjoy my stay more and how convenient it was to get there. But, I do want to make aware that the sink tap in the bathroom wasn't clean. That's all I can really point out. everything was functional in there. I did wish I could've been provided free parking or that I could've reserved a space. Not that I had any issues parking. But I significantly enjoyed my stay.
