The room was very clean. It had a mini fridge, an electric cattle and a hairdryer. So everything, you could need. We brought the wrong kind of connector but they kindly lent us one. The location was good, the public transport easily accessible. Staff was kind, attentive. We went to explore the city most of the time and we only stayed for a few days, it was perfect for that. The private bathroom was really important to us, so thats a big positive, especially because it was clean.

They don't have breakfast as an option not even in the restaurant under the hotel. Its fine tho, you have places you can eat around the hotel or in central London.

Cricket Team from Australia Staying at London Star Liked · We arrived with a large cricket squad from Australia late in the evening after a full day of traving. The staff were very good when dealing with room allocations and we were all checked in time for a good night’s sleep. We stayed for two nights on the London Leg of the Tour and we plan to spend another 3 nights in two weeks at the end of the tour. The hotel staff (Especially Priyanka) were fantastic and even planning and running a pre-checkin plus room allocations for our return visit so we only need to collect our keys and straight to our rooms next time. That;s a great service when you have a large group, so how good are they when there's just a small group. Well done Priyanka and all the staff at the London Star See you again soon !

Breakfast Buffet would have been wonderful

Booked this hotel for a concert in Wembley. The Hotel is basic but it is clean & staff were very polite & friendly. Getting there was is a bit of a trek from Stansted Airport, but got a taxi to the stadium & that was 15/20 mins. There are buses from near the hotel to the stadium but as a group of 5 it suited us to get a taxi. Overall - it's very basic but for the cost for a one night stay, I would recommend.

Hotel does need to be freshened up - paint needs attention in some areas. Carpets could be replaced also.

The room was nice and clean, nothing super luxurious but definitely what you pay for. The size was just enough, we had a nice smart TV and the doors have a security system that let you know if the door isn't correctly closed. We had cleaning on the third morning and we weren't expecting it so we had left the room a bit messy, they changed the bed and folded the clothes that were laying around 🥹 The staff was overall nice, both at the hotel and the restaurant. We found the bed super comfortable too and had multiple pillows to choose from.

If you have the windows opened, it gets a bit noisy (cafe/bar until a certain point and then just the traffic) and if you close the windows it gets too hot inside so this might compromise your ability to sleep. It was fine for me as I was able to fall asleep very quickly before the noise or the heat became a problem, but my boyfriend had a bit of a trouble sleeping for those reasons.

The location is great. It is a few minutes walk from the subway station Acton Town and nearby there are several bus stops. Reaching the city center was very easy. The room was very clean and comfortable and bigger than what we expected. In any way, our experience exceeded our expectations. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. We had forgotten to ask for for a baby bed and they provided it as soon as they could. We will definitely consider going again and we recommend it with no reservations.

Staff were always helpful and accommodating Location was perfect for local shops and a large Morrison's supermarket 3 mins away. Good restaurants and food outlets nearby and the Elizabeth main line is only a short walk away. This was an enjoyable stay with a large group of tourists from Australia. All in all the hotel and staff matched exactly our expectations Thank you

Great stay, great location. Walking distance to Gunnersbury park. Close to shops and food places. Room had own mini fridge & small kitchen area. Bathroom also had mini toiletries included. We were on the first floor and took stairs, but a lift was available. Quiet nights sleep, even with the window slightly open. On street parking free on the weekends, right outside the hotel which was a bonus.

The room was little dated but could not complain for the price we paid, it was reasonable

We really liked the 24-hour reception. Given that our flight was delayed and we were arriving after midnight, we were extremely pleased to have the option of a late check-in. Likewise, check-out is adapted to needs. There are food shops, bus stops and places for breakfast nearby. The staff is friendly

From the description on the app, we understood that there is a possibility of breakfast and coffee, but at the reception they told us that it does not exist. The pictures of the rooms that we received on the app did not correspond to the actual condition. There were completely different pictures. The trash from the bin in our room was not changed at all in 3 days

My recent stay at this hotel was very pleasant. The staff were professional, welcoming, and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Room service were non existent in terms of cleaning

The moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the friendly and professional Yacine . The check-in process was seamless and efficient, which was much appreciated after a long journey. The room was spotless and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep every night.
