Easy to find location, 5 minute walk from South Bermondsey or Surrey Quays, 10-15 mins from Canada Water. Staff were super friendly and very happy to help. I had a "Budget Single Room" - a small but well-equipped room with freestanding wardrobe, fridge, kettle, smart TV, and en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. No window in the room but a skylight in the ceiling with electric remote. Great bonus to have access to a shared kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge and each room has its own numbered cupboard and utensils. Bed was ok, wider than a standard single. Really quiet stay, didn't hear any noise other than other guests opening/closing their doors occasionally. 2 minute walk

I stayed on London Marathon weekend which meant the price was way higher than normal - £145 for a budget single room for one night is more than I'd expect to pay on a "normal" weekend. Everywhere else was doing the same though, and I understand why.

Rooms were very nicely decorated and stylish. Plenty of room. A view from the window of the Shard. Beds very comfortable. Bathroom nice. Very easy and short (about 8 mins) walk to the closest train station and also to a big Tesco store. Convenience store right next door.

Kitchenette didn't have much bench space. Lots of steep stairs to get to the rooms. Seems to be a common thing though in the UK. They have a shared laundry but you need to go across the road to the shop to get a card to use the machines. Once the timer is running for the machine, you can't stop it so get ready to do all of your washing back to back or you'll have to buy another card. Need one card for the washing machines and another for the dryers. No instructions about that, you need to ask at the reception desk to know what to do.

The accommodation is ideally located in Zone 2 of London, with a bus stop right outside the house and buses running very frequently. The city centre and Tower Bridge can be reached in just 15–20 minutes. Check-in must be arranged in advance via email, so we received all the necessary information beforehand, and arriving at 9 p.m. was no problem. We were given separate codes for the gate and the safe, everything worked smoothly, and at check-out we simply handed in the access card at the reception at the entrance of the building. We spent some time looking for the Wi-Fi code in the apartment — unfortunately, we hadn't received this information in advance — but it turned out to be written on the access card. The room is on the second floor — not a problem for us, but something to keep in mind if you have trouble with stairs. The apartment is nice, clean, and fully equipped — perfect for a few days in London. We’d be happy to stay here again next time.

I loved how close to shops and tube/train station the apartments were.The receptionist Yulia was lovely checking us in and showing us how to use our key cards and where to go.Nick was really pleasant to talk to via WhatsApp both before and during the stay when a slight situation arose in the hallway with a fire alarm.The apartment itself was a lovely space with all the amenities needed to make your stay comfortable.The beds were comfy and everything was clean.Added bonus we had our own little outside space.

The key cards all say the reception office is open until 10pm however the description online and reception say 6pm.There was a situation that arose where one of the upstairs apartments set off the hall way fire alarm however we were unable to get in contact with any of the numbers on the card.I did manage to message nick on WhatsApp but I think luckily another guest got there soon.Maybe update the key cards and make a more local number be a emergency number.

Did the business for me. Studio room was as advertised, clean and provided with everything I needed (in good working order). Location was a bit of a compromise but a compromise of my informed choosing. Did not had any interaction with the staff. Check-in (a bit) after 6 pm was made very easy through excellent communication and clear instructions. Can see myself returning to this property in the future. Thanks for having me.

Renewal of the stairway carpeting would elevate the property and provide for a much better (first) impression.

Clean, light, lovely apparently. Gorgeous large windows, and all the facilities we needed in the kitchenette, including a little table and chairs - perfect for us two.

You will need earplugs if you're sensitive to noise (luckily I'm not :)) that's where the large windows and busy road outside don't go so well together. The bathroom floor could do with a refresh as well as the architrave from the inside of the bathroom, but this is purely aesthetic and doesn't interfere with usability otherwise. The only thing that bothered me was the door of a little cupboard above the bathroom door - it would not stay shut!

The room was very clean and had all the facilities you need. Short distance from Surray Quays shopping centre and all local transport.

Room was just what we needed for a 1 night stay, comfy, if a little small bed fridge, oven if needed, and washing up facilities. Location was ok, a bit of a way out of the city but a short walk to a tube station which had main lines. Staff member that met us was very friendly and helpful, when we explained we had a bit of trouble getting there due to the closest station being shut he told us where the next nearest one was which ended up being more convenient for all round travel. 24 hour shop on the doorstep.

This flat is tidy, well retrofitted and well arranged for what it is. the windows are good and cut down the traffic noise well and the ceilings are high making the room seem airy despite its size. The bathroom and shower are good. it is a short walk from Surrey Quays, Canada Water and South Bermondsey in a lively and developing area (zone 2). The staff are friendly and organised. For London it is good value. It is what it claims to be - a small flat with a low price in a busy area with good accessible links ideal as a base for short trips. Provided that is what you want it is a good option.

The location is in a busy area alongside a busy road and ambient light and some traffic noise is inevitable. the bed (a standard double) is a little smaller than it needs to be.

Myself and husband chose this property as a result of its proximity to a Costcutter. You can only imagine how delighted we are - pleased as punch, as my better half put it - to discovered our bedroom was in fact the storeroom of said Costcutter, allowing us unfettered access to Pot Noodles, tinned meat, and Tunnock’s Teacakes, which we played a saucy game with behind the stack of toilet rolls. It took me days to get the residue out of my lady’s place.

I don’t find people having a bit of a look at me and my hubby expressing physical affection, but I draw the line at foreigners thinking they can have a gawp too.
