I have stayed at the Morgan Hotel quite a few times, and it is always clean, comfortable, and a good value. You get a key to the locked front door, which makes for extra safety. The location is perfect for central London, next to British Museum, and close to two tube stations. There is a free breakfast that is better than the usual hotel fare. Apart from location, my favorite thing is the wonderful staff at the Morgan Hotel. They are always kind, cheerful, helpful, and will go the extra mile when I need help with reservations or getting a taxi. It's the next best thing to staying with friends.

Because it is a small hotel, you have to use steep stairs and the rooms are small. This is standard for small family run lodging. The trade-off is worth it to avoid impersonal giant hotel chains or super expensive hotels. That becomes more motivation to travel light without heavy luggage. On this visit, they were removing wallpaper along the stairway, and that made it a bit difficult to traverse, with workers, debris, and tools. I didn't mind and the workers were friendly, but more picky travelers wouldn't be happy.

location is brilliant, close all buses and tube. delicious full breakfast, very comfortable beds ad pillows. next to British Museum. nice staff, and plenty of tea supplies and a nice touch with biscuits. they were very good giving us a room on ground level.

rooms were serviced very late in the day. we were back on a few days late in afternoon, but room not done. No way around it, but breakfast room was down a flight of stairs, a bit tricky if you're not good with stairs.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for us, considering we attended multiple shows in the West End and were able to reach all of them by foot easily. There are plenty of places to ear nearby. The room was bigger than we expected and very clean. It almost felt like our own little apartment in the heart of London. I would definitely book here again.

On the second day, our breakfast took a really long time to be served, approximately 40 minutes. We learned afterwards that it was because they only had one cook in the kitchen that morning. All in all, no harm, but it would have been nice to have been warned of this in advance, when ordering our meal.

Room was comfortable and clean, set out well with little touches that made it feel like a more expensive hotel. It really felt like the owners had taken the trouble to make us welcome. Drinking water provided and tea/coffee facilities and a teapot (perfect!) Excellent breakfast with good choice of options, properly cooked with no grease! Very convenient for sightseeing, close to Tube stations or within walking distance to Oxford Street, Leicester Square, theatres. Huge availability of tourist information in the entrance hall.

Tiny television perched high up on a bracket. Really uncomfortable to watch! Not that important to us but could be to some people.

We stayed in the apartment at Block 40 in room 244 for one night only. The apartment was spacious and clean, and facilities were available to make tea, coffee, and toast, and a microwave was also available for use. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful and there was plenty of choice available for breakfast. Staff allowed us to store our bag before checking in so that we didn't have to take it to the theatre with us. They also provided a helpful map and directions to the theatre. We were allowed to store our bag after we'd checked out so that we didn't need to bring it with us to the British Museum and could collect it after our visit, which was very helpful. The hotel is ideally situated within easy walking distance of several theatres. The British Museum is literally a 2 minute walk from the hotel. It was also easy to locate the hotel from Euston Station either by tube or bus.

We are a couple in our late sixties with some minor mobility issues. We didn't realise that the apartment was a few doors down the street from the main reception and also 3 floors up with no lift. To access the reception required climbing down a narrow staircase, too. With hindsight, we should have checked.

The location which is excellent for us; the staff who were very helpful. We had a couple of electrical issues but these were sorted promptly. Breakfast is freshly cooked and good value. This is the third time we have stayed at the Morgan and we are due to stay again. It is very close to Tottenham Court Road, Soho and places like the British Museum. It's clean and the rooms are a good size.

The design of the bathroom. The shower head was much too high, even for my partner. I am only short and had to use it by hand. Also, the tap is not well positioned for the basin and again for someone short like me it was a bit too far back. We have found this in one of the other rooms we have stayed in.

In the Heart of Bloomsbury, the Morgan hotel is close to world class shopping and dinning - walkable to Tower of London to Buckingham Palace. The hotel is clean and the rooms comfortable. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Oh and did I mention the full English breakfast- which was really good- if included in the price! Great value and location! You will not be disappointed in choosing Hotel Morgan. I’ve stayed there many times and would stay there again and again.

The hotel is in the perfect location close to all amenities and you can walk to all attractions quite easily or take the tube from Tottenham Court Road tube station. The breakfast was great , loads of choice , staff were all really friendly and it really sets you up for the day and saves you ( 6 of us ) trying to find somewhere to eat which can waste a lot of time if you're only there for a 2 night break ! Room was small but perfectly fine , it was clean , bed was comfy and the bathroom a good size , shower a tad small but hey it did the job 100%. Tea and coffee making items were there so all in all I would totally recommend The Morgan Hotel. The 6 of us will be back in 2026 for sure !

Our purpose of this trip was visiting British museum so the hotel ideal. There are very city centre and walking distance has many restaurants. Breakfast was very good cooked breakfast and self-service selection, too. Good breakfast made us happy. Room was big enough in such a city centre, much bigger than expected.

Bed was not great, they said double bed but it was connection of two single beds and my partner sank between two matresses. We had to sleep each edge to avoid sinking. We cannot say a Romantic bed. But it was very clean and soft enough. Towel dryer did not work so we needed to change all towels because of wet. We usually use the same towels if towel dryer works.

Great location within walking distance of several buses and train stations to get you everywhere in London. Check-in and out was super easy. I arrived around 7AM for a 2PM check-in and they allowed me to store my belongings, which I really appreciated. Room is very cozy, super clean, great bathroom. I didn't try the breakfast but it was packed every morning and smelled great. My room wasn't facing the street so I can't comment on any noise but I never heard a peep from the outside. If you're looking for a solid place to stay, you won't be disappointed.
