The location was great, it's in a lovely,nice neighbourhood close to a variety of shops,restaurants and very accessible by bus(nearest bus stop is just outside the guesthouse) or train to Central London via the Acton Main Line from early morning till late.The staff were friendly,and very helpful indeed,they took time to answer my questions and address any issues that I had.As a solo traveller,I felt safe walking around the area.There's a nice park nearby where one can go to read,stroll or catch some sun.The rooms are all self-contained(definitely a plus).

There was an issue with the drains..a bit of a smell especially in the morning from the washroom which subsided after opening the showers,taps etc.The room was very small in size,but homely and comfortable.

The hosts of the property were so friendly and accommodating. I was a solo female traveler and felt very safe here, nobody really bothered me and they gave me a room that was both convenient to access and isolated from other guests. The room was clean, linens were clean, and housekeeping came by every day. I also liked how close to the Elizabeth line it was; also a short walk away from the District and Central lines. Acton was such a charming, quiet neighborhood.

The bed and pillow were a bit uncomfortable, but that's not uncommon for hotels.

The staff were very friendly, even going as far as to explain which trains would be running at the end of my concert so I could effectively get back to the accomodation from the stadium. This made me feel genuinely cared for and as if the staff had my best interest at heart. The room itself was very nice. It was clean and although it wasn't extremely spacious, I did not mind because I was only there for one night. But in saying that, I had enough space to get ready very comfortably for my concert. The room had a working fan which I really appreciated as it was a very hot day, and there was also tea and coffee available. All in all, I would highly recommend OYO Guesthouse to anyone :)

My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights and had a really pleasant experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. Check-in and check-out were both super easy and hassle-free. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect—just a short walk to the Tube, which made getting around London very convenient. It’s a great spot if you’re looking for something affordable and well-connected. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this guest house to others!

Nothing comes to my mind

We were pleasantly surprised with this place. It was very close to a train station, the street had a range of supermarkets along the way and the room had everything that we needed. We arrived late but felt safe walking to the hotel. Check in and check out were quick and easy. We had no problem with any street noise and found the beds comfy. Eventhough we were initially concerned about not staying in central London, the location turned out to be better than expected in terms to connections with city centre. We would certainly use this place again.

The bathroom could benefit from an upgrade but honestly I am just trying to come up with something to answer this question. It is a good place to stay.

Staff were very friendly & helpful. The room was small but it was pretty decent, what i liked was that i had quite heavy luggage so they gave me the room on the ground floor, that was very considerate of them, plus they helped me with carrying the luggage also i was given 3 hours extra for check out as my flight was for 10:00pm. & it was just a 7mins straight walk from Acton Main Station. Over all my experience was good, would definitely recommend this place.

The 11:00am check out. I think it should be 2:00pm.. would be great if they revisit their policy.

Hotel was good value for money overall, simple, clean and organized with friendly staff. It is a 5 minutes walk from Elizabeth Line station with local markets and cafes around. Parking in the hotel is chargable between 2PM until 11AM according to a booking message, but parking in the street is easy and free on the weekends or overnight on week days.

The carpet on the bedroom was poorly fitted on the corners and you could see the boards, also bathroom fixes with black silicone. These are cheap and easy fix to keep the hotel running with low cost. No problem overall with both items, but it doesn't look good for the guest (it didn't affect my stay).

OYO London Guest House is a simple and affordable option for a short stay in London. The room was basic but clean, with all the essentials provided. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience more pleasant. The location is in a quiet area with good public transport links to central London. Breakfast was modest but appreciated. It's a good choice if you're looking for a no-frills stay at a reasonable price.

I really can't say anything bad about this place! Staff were very friendly and helpful. The guest house is located at a few minutes' walk from the Elisabeth Line which takes you directly into central London. Shops and restaurants nearby. Room was small but clean and warm, and had everything that was needed. Great value for money. Will definitely be back, and won't hesitate to recommend this guest house to family and friends wanting to visit London.

Very nice polite and friendly staff. Rooms are nice and warm, good heating is inside, towels provided, cofee, milk… comfy beds tv… good internet. It’s very tidy and clean. I would recommend this guest house to everyone, if you book it you wont regret it! Its good value for money and staff is there to assist you! Very satisfied :)

Small rooms are not so spacious, double bed hardly can fit it’s little bit tight but rest of all, all is good
