Very helpful and friendly reception staff, helped with a toothbrush, gowns and slippers.

It’s a nice, quiet and clean hotel to stay. The reception team and breakfast staff were amazing at what they do- thank you for making my and my children stay such a great experience! The only thing that could be improved is non- working AC in the room- it was a very hot day (31C and a warm night). To be fair there was a fan in the room for us, but had to switch it off as I can’t sleep with it humming in the background (it wasn’t loud). I asked for a garden view beforehand and got it! Thank you

Great hotel as base for a couple of nights as a family of 6. We spent our time out & about but returned to the basics covered; plenty of parking spaces, clean, comfy beds, tea and coffee in room, excellent shower. Lovely breakfast, friendly helpful reception & breakfast staff, extra touches for kids. Would stay again. Negatives as a larger family we could have done with a larger room but this was due to availability never the less 3x doubles & six people in one smaller room was a squeeze but excellent mid budget option if not fussed, charging for parking, slightly out dated room decor and price could be better for breakfast small kids especially.

The hotel was in an easy location, coming straight off the motorway. The staff were helpful once approached, however I wouldn’t say they were putting themselves out. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and had a view of the car park (most people wouldn’t appreciate this, but it meant I could keep an eye on the car) I am however VERY shocked that you have to pay for parking, most hotels offer this included in the price. Considering we arrived late in the evening and left early morning.. we must have parked there for a total of 7 hours and paid £8 for parking.. kind of crazy.

Small point, but no biscuits to go with the tea/ coffee in the rooms, but they do have a vending machine in foyer where such items can be purchased Noisy guests in the corridor on their way to their rooms, so annoying!

Very well presented with lovely reception atrium, bar area and beer garden. Staff were lovely and the general atmosphere was homely.

The gold and diamond members car park spaces were too small. I would lose two spaces and repaint the parking slots wider. There were a lot of SUVs and estate cars so it was difficult to get in and out of my car which has large doors.

Exceptional welcome from all of the members of staff. Lauren at Front of House, and all of the restaurant and kitchen staff welcomed us each morning for breakfast, which was delicious, freshly-made and abundant - something for everyone. Comfortable beds ensured a good night’s rest for us all. We had a two queen with sofa bed room which amply accommodated our three sons and ourselves. Great location for exploring Northamptonshire and its surroundings, and perfect for visiting Silverstone. Parking was incredibly reasonable and well worth the very small charge. Thanks for a lovely stay - we look forward to visiting again!

Breakfast was the best part. It was way more than we expected. The breakfast staff were very hospitable and accommodating. The grounds seemed inviting but did not get the time to explore.

Reception staff on arrival were a bit moody and cold. I was not aware there was a charge for parking...Was no where on my booking.... Why is there a charge for parking to get to a place in the middle of nowhere? This took me by surprise and irritated my evening. The room for 4 was large enough but there was not enough towels and toiletries for 4.

The hotel was lovely with welcoming staff, very friendly. My daughter was getting married and many of our guests stayed and felt it was the perfect choice accommodation.

The hotel was fine and some areas needed to be updated. I believe work is planned soon. Unfortunately none of the electric car chargers were working! Not great as we checked prior to our visit!

the hotel and our room was very clean and modern the size of the room was very good two queen beds and a sofa bed which were very comfortable the breakfast was exceptional everything cooked just right and so much choice and quality was excellent the staff were very polite and helpful and the ambience of the hotel was lovely all in all a very lovely enjoyable stay in a extremely pleasant and high quality hotel
