The room was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Good quality bedding and soft fluffy towels. We slept really well. We enjoyed a drink in the bar in the evening, and made use of the hotel gym in the morning, which we had to ourselves. We would stay here again.

I think that the price was expensive. The hotel is excellently located for the airport, but the room rate was high. When our flight was postponed for 24 hours and we needed to extend our stay, the price point almost doubled for the second night. Although we realise that prices are in response to supply and demand, we felt that jump was unreasonable, so we booked elsewhere.

From the minute we all checked in,I was meeting my daughter for the first time in 35 years,we was welcomed by exceptional staff,the rooms are stunning,the restaurant and bar area very friendly with a good atmosphere,and the food was of a exceptional high standard,as my daughter and granddaughter live in Germany the continental breakfast was of a very high standard for them,and the full English breakfast was a real treat,I will definitely recommend your hotel and thankyou for a wonderful experience Your Mr Carl Hobbs (LORD)

I would say when the main doors open,gets abit cold if you are in the first few seats tables in the bar area

We had the half board package which was good value. A 2 course meal in the restaurant was included and breakfast. Breakfast was the usual standard fare, but of good quality. Didn't get an airside view so had the view of a car park. Was offered airside but low down so wouldn't have been able to see anything. Did appreciate the offer though. Staff never stopped working and were very friendly and helpful.

Getting from the car hire was not so easy. Either take your life in your hands across the roundabout or walk most of the way to the terminal. A crossing would be good.

I did a last minute reservation at 8pm from the departure lounge at BHX due to a last minute cancellation, so on arriving at the hotel less than 20 minutes later I was greeted by a lovely member of staff and my room was already allocated and ready! It was spacious, very comfortable and clean. The staff at the bar were also very welcoming and it was just a two minute walk to the terminal for my rebooked flight it the morning. I also nipped back to the terminal at around 9pm to check my flight arrangements for the next morning and met a family who were also staying at the same hotel on my way back. They walked with me back to the hotel and the concierge gave them 5* service too.

Bar shut at 11, not a problem for me but if you’re landing late and like a drink when you get back something to consider (although I suspect, but cannot confirm there would be other options ie room service available).

Our return flight was due to arrive very late evening and our onward journey was too far to undertake the same day so we decided to book the Hilton. Our flight landed at 23.25 but our luggage took forever to arrive so we had to call Hilton to advise the hotel we wouldn’t arrive until after midnight. The operator was very helpful and offered to call the hotel and relay the information. She then called me back to confirm the reception staff were aware of our later arrival and it was no problem. on arriving at the hotel, the staff were helpful, friendly and offered us a bottle of water and asked if there was anything else they could help us with. We both enjoyed a fabulous nights sleep in a lovely bedroom and breakfast was plentiful and delicious, on departing the hotel for our respective trains, the reception staff wished us a safe onward journey. The food offered was very much improved. The customer facing staff were well trained and positive, any questions were answered immediately or answers sought (and fed back to us!) For an airport hotel, which is usually supplying as little as it is possible to get away with, the hotel lifted the reputation.

Being VERY picky, my wife has mobility problems, and a room near the lift would have been easier (rooms 332 and 223 were stayed in recently), but this is small beer compared to reception staff and waiting staff being positive and informative. We found the beds marginally hard, but have a water bed at home, so this may explain the effect.

This was the 4th time that we've stayed at this hotel. It's in a very convenient location for BHX and has decent air conditioning, which is not something that all of the BHX hotels have! This time our room preferences got lost in the booking process and we were given an interconnecting room near the lift, when I'd asked for a non-interconnecting room away from the lift. Reception swapped us to a more suitable room with no fuss though.

The price is extortionate and you never get the best deal by booking early. I always book a flexible rate initially, and then re-check the price every couple of months to see if it's worth me cancelling my existing booking and booking another room. Such a faff!

Booked for an early morning flight, and first time staying here. Really impressed with all the staff we met; the receptionist, the bar staff, and the restaurant staff. The room was fab, and overlooked the runway as requested. Aircon worked well and the room was very clean, with plenty of towels, toilet roll and soap. Had a few drinks in the bar/restaurant in the evening, and everything was cooked well and delivered with a smile. We really enjoyed our stay and it made the start of our holiday a lot less stressful! Dropped off the suitcases using Jet2 twilight check in, and walked straight through to security in the early hours avoiding the queues.

Newest of Birmingham Airport hotel and so the smartest and best fitted out of those available. But as is typical of a Airport Hotel just a short walk from the terminal not great value for money and only worth it if you value being close to the airport terminal. I also got a room upgrade so I did have a very nice room with plenty of space. Breakfast was very nice when it came.

This time I was up near the top of the hotel and I think this was why the room was not as quiet as I remember from other visits, with a bit of noise from the runway when it was operating. But nothing excessive, but you knew you were within a few hundred metres of a runway. The Breakfast was not fully up and running at 7.00am, fortunately I had time but it was not fully functioning till 7.20. Also the tea/coffee making facilities in restaurant seem very improvised especially for a new hotel. I would have expected couple of automated machines offering freshly ground coffee with options for cappuccino and lattes at this price point, but instead it was from thermos jugs on a table in the corner and this is Britain, we know a good cup of breakfast tea needs boiling water,

Ideally located to get us to our early flight quickly and we were able to visit the Genting Leisure restaurants and arcades easily the night before. We got a great view of the planes taking off and yet found the room quiet enough too (except for people talking loudly in corridors which the hotel can't help)

Rude hotel guests talking loudly in corridors late at night and disturbing our sleep. Not the fault of the hotel, I should add. I'm adding this to remind everyone to be quiet when walking to your hotel room late at night and early in the morning.
