I use to stay in this hotel for work reason and I have to admit that even if at the beginning of the year I had some issue concerning the cleanness of the room assigned, the last time I stayed there (18/08/2025) the room was great and perfectly cleaned up! Mattress was super comfortable and also the breakfast has been improved. I am lactose intolerant and at the beginning of the year I had to pay extra to get a cappuccino with soia milk even if breakfast was included in the rate. Last time I got it for free as already included in the breakfast formula. The dinner was super thanks to the supervisor Francesco that kindly helped me to find the right dish meeting my intolerance and allergies. He is so gentle, fully focused on the customer experience into the restaurant and also very careful to customer needs.

I am not a fan of the moquette since I am allergic to dust.

I had a double room for an overnight stay ahead of early flight the following morning. The room was large and comfortable with a great view. I had dinner which was excellent. The towels are soft and fluffy and all the toiletries you need are provided.

The sink plug was jammed in, so every time I ran the tap to wash hands or brush teeth, it stayed in the sink. I couldnt get the TV to work properly, it kept switching to a landing screen but this wasn't an issue as I needed early night for early flight. As this was such a brief stay, I didn't report either issue, these would have been discovered by the team prepping the room for the next guest.

The location is great, walking distance to the airport and monorail to BHM international train station, but it is also relatively quiet, so I had a good night's sleep. The room and bed was comfortable, clean and had everything needed. There was unfortunately a stain or mark on the bathtub but it was visibly very clean. The receptionist was friendly and helpful and the bottle of water at check in was nice to receive. It was expensive for a one night stay, but I can't fault the room or service. Breakfast was also good and plenty to choose from.

Only down side was the pastries were overcooked, but can't really complain about the food otherwise. Would have been good to have option of a later breakfast to make full use of late check out for a longer lie in.

The room was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Good quality bedding and soft fluffy towels. We slept really well. We enjoyed a drink in the bar in the evening, and made use of the hotel gym in the morning, which we had to ourselves. We would stay here again.

I think that the price was expensive. The hotel is excellently located for the airport, but the room rate was high. When our flight was postponed for 24 hours and we needed to extend our stay, the price point almost doubled for the second night. Although we realise that prices are in response to supply and demand, we felt that jump was unreasonable, so we booked elsewhere.

We had the half board package which was good value. A 2 course meal in the restaurant was included and breakfast. Breakfast was the usual standard fare, but of good quality. Didn't get an airside view so had the view of a car park. Was offered airside but low down so wouldn't have been able to see anything. Did appreciate the offer though. Staff never stopped working and were very friendly and helpful.

Getting from the car hire was not so easy. Either take your life in your hands across the roundabout or walk most of the way to the terminal. A crossing would be good.

From the minute we all checked in,I was meeting my daughter for the first time in 35 years,we was welcomed by exceptional staff,the rooms are stunning,the restaurant and bar area very friendly with a good atmosphere,and the food was of a exceptional high standard,as my daughter and granddaughter live in Germany the continental breakfast was of a very high standard for them,and the full English breakfast was a real treat,I will definitely recommend your hotel and thankyou for a wonderful experience Your Mr Carl Hobbs (LORD)

I would say when the main doors open,gets abit cold if you are in the first few seats tables in the bar area

Our return flight was due to arrive very late evening and our onward journey was too far to undertake the same day so we decided to book the Hilton. Our flight landed at 23.25 but our luggage took forever to arrive so we had to call Hilton to advise the hotel we wouldn’t arrive until after midnight. The operator was very helpful and offered to call the hotel and relay the information. She then called me back to confirm the reception staff were aware of our later arrival and it was no problem. on arriving at the hotel, the staff were helpful, friendly and offered us a bottle of water and asked if there was anything else they could help us with. We both enjoyed a fabulous nights sleep in a lovely bedroom and breakfast was plentiful and delicious, on departing the hotel for our respective trains, the reception staff wished us a safe onward journey. Exemplary service in a lovely hotel, thank you

I did a last minute reservation at 8pm from the departure lounge at BHX due to a last minute cancellation, so on arriving at the hotel less than 20 minutes later I was greeted by a lovely member of staff and my room was already allocated and ready! It was spacious, very comfortable and clean. The staff at the bar were also very welcoming and it was just a two minute walk to the terminal for my rebooked flight it the morning. I also nipped back to the terminal at around 9pm to check my flight arrangements for the next morning and met a family who were also staying at the same hotel on my way back. They walked with me back to the hotel and the concierge gave them 5* service too.

Bar shut at 11, not a problem for me but if you’re landing late and like a drink when you get back something to consider (although I suspect, but cannot confirm there would be other options ie room service available).

The food offered was very much improved. The customer facing staff were well trained and positive, any questions were answered immediately or answers sought (and fed back to us!) For an airport hotel, which is usually supplying as little as it is possible to get away with, the hotel lifted the reputation.

Being VERY picky, my wife has mobility problems, and a room near the lift would have been easier (rooms 332 and 223 were stayed in recently), but this is small beer compared to reception staff and waiting staff being positive and informative. We found the beds marginally hard, but have a water bed at home, so this may explain the effect.

Arrangement of the room, very accessible, and amenities provided were plentiful. Beds were comfy, plenty of space, and the shower room was very well designed.

The location of the hotel is slightly removed from the Resort World and BP Pulse, perhaps a footpath or two could be added to make access easier. The lighting in the rooms couldn't be selectively lit, at least when we tried. The presence of a small light for the late hours would be preferable, rather than having to ensure all lights are lit simultaneously.
