The location is central to the MRT, shops and places to see. The beds are ridiculously comfortable!! Enjoyed the roof top pool too, though towels up there would be nice

The shower and bath in one, the door space and glass, as a not very coordinated person, this was difficult. Wouldn’t recommend the breakfast, pricey for what you get…

The hotel Grand Central offers a perfect balance between location, equipment and price. Directly located at Orchard with very easy access to two MRT stations. Rooms were large enough, well equipped, with proper airconditioning. Beds were comfortable and room was cleaned and maintained every day. We really liked the rain shower head in the bathroom. Especially the nice scent in the corridors and the roof top swimming pool are to be mentioned. Our request to give us rooms next to each other was immediately satisfied with a smile. In case we come back to Singapore I would prefer to use it again. Big thanks to the hotel staff.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Hotel Grand Central in Singapore. Everything was super clean, from the room to the common areas, and it made a huge difference in how comfortable and relaxed I felt during my trip. Location was great, close to train and bus, shopping malls in all directions. Bed and pillows were comfy and the room was nice and bright. Staff we saw were all very nice and it was always busy in the lobby. Can see Marina Bay Sands from the pool. Lifts were fast arriving. I would stay here again, it was a good price considering there was a concert on. The size of the room was really good compared to other similar priced hotels Ive stayed at in Singapore.

Only small downsides were the bathroom is like frosted glass so when you turn the light on at night it lights up the whole room, and the swimming pool area was a bit run down, though the actual pool was clean, there was bandaids on the boards and the pool towels had seen better days.

Ease of location for shopping, food and MRT..

The location within Singapore is ideal for being able to easily walk into the main parts of Orchard Road and the hotel is also a few minutes walk from a MRT station. The room was very clean and had everything you would expect. The staff were very friendly and very helpful which made the stay very easy and enjoyable.

The rooms are a bit dated so don't expect totally modern facilities or decor. This wasn't an issue for me on the trip personally but for some people they may be expecting something more modern. The light controls on the bedside cabinet were a bit temperamental which was a bit of a pain as they were the only control over the lights above the bed, but that is a very minor issue.

Location is excellent, so close to several MRT's and lots of shops, very convenient. The room has excellent blackout curtains and very comfortable beds. This is a well priced hotel if you're looking for somewhere convenient, not flashy, clean and comfortable.

A little outdated but this didn't worry us at all.

The room was quite roomy and the staff were very helpful It is quite central to the Orchard rd shopping precinct and easy rail and bus access to the Marina

There was a problem with a light in our room which could not be turned off. They said they fixed it the next day but they just disconnected it. The lift to the pool was bot working at times. The pool area is very old and tired. A few umbrellas and tables beside the lounges would be useful

The location is very good, it's 7 min.walk away from Shibuya Crossing.and also 3-4 min.walk to train station. We could find the staff whenever we need and they were always smiling and tried to do the best to answer our lots of questions :) The room was big according to other Japan hotels and we had everything that we needed. If I decide to come to Tokyo again, this hotel will be my place.
