This is a hidden gem. Take the garden view room. Large rooms with funky design. Room top pool was fun - can order drinks from the bar. Over see Patong and the mountain. Room service. Excellent location. Hung out downstairs at the bar - wonderful staff. Walked to the beach everyday. Right next to Naughty Nuris bbq. And some excellent Turkish bbq restaurants. Not too close to Bangla but within an easy walking distance. Facilities are newish. Unlike most hotels in Patong. My first time staying in Patong and this was pleasant surprise. Not crazy rowdy. There’s a Korean and Japanese restaurant right in front. A 7-11 24 hours. A Watsons for all your hygiene needs. And even a foot massage. The bar/ restaurant on the corner was a nice surprise called Tiki tots something.

Very noisy area! I loved the hotel but do not want to come back to this area again. I am not a partier and the sounds kept us up at night.

the hotel was so kind to us as this was our second visit in a month they up graded us to a suite which was beautiful pchom and her staff are second to none they care very much for their guests there is no problem to great pchom and her team really do understand the meaning of hospitality ,breakfast is fantastic so many different foods and everything is so fresh and inviting you just want to try everything they have and they are very happy to let you do that for me coffee is very important and the resident barista is highly skilled at the art of making great coffee all in all great hotel and look forward to returning in the future thanks guys great job

Perfect serene place in a busy and loud area. Once you get there you forget that you’re at Patong beach. Super clean, great staff, good food, very comfortable rooms. It was the highlight of our stay at Patong beach. The rooms are BIG. The pictures do not give enough credit to the hotel. Much better than the pics as it looked cheap in the pics, in reality it is much more than that.

Nothing really. Small improvement would be for breakfast to last a bit longer since it’s a party city. It was super busy at 10:15 - 10:30 due to people sleeping late.

The facilities are fantastic, sauna, gym and pool with swim-up bar. The breakfast is also amazing, it is very culturally diverse with lots of options to suit people and eggs ,omletes, pancakes made to suit people. The staff were very friendly, and helped us book a lot of tours.

We had a room with a 'city view' and it was quite noisy as the windows aren't thick or double glazed. As it's so central, you can hear a lot of road noise especially the muay thai car that goes down the road at night. If you are a light sleeper, I would recommend paying for a room with a garden view instead. The food at the hotel is very expensive compared to everywhere else, and there is a hidden VAT% that is in very small print at the bottom of the venue. Recommend eating here for breakfast, but going elsewhere for lunch, dinner etc.

the Decor was fantastic, shower was spacious and the water pressure and both heads where amazing, the mattress was amazingly soft and felt like I was sleeping on a cloud, everything about this hotel was amazing from the pool, buffet breakfast, staff and room. definitely coming back no other hotel can compare to Indigo

Only 2 things we where slightly dissatisfied about was no Smart TV in the hotel but we managed which wasn’t too much of an issue and also the items for the mini bar where crazy expensive 80Baht for a small can of coke is a bit unfair in my opinion

The breakfast was amazing. There was a variety of food options: Westernized breakfast food, Thai food, Indian food, salads, deli meats and cheeses, cereals, breads, fresh fruits, desserts, ice cream, etc. We were obsessed with our very clean deluxe king-size room. The layout of the room felt personalized and the items in the room such as the satin robes and slippers, the various glasses/cups/ mugs/esspresso cups/ were a great touch, the sound system in the bathroom to drown out the noise from someone using the toilet/shower, were all such well thought-out touches the room. Furthermore, the amenities just as the rooftop pool/bar and gym were super clean and better than expected.

The only thing that we didn't like was the fact that due to the live music by the surrounding restaurants, the evenings were loud and we had to sleep with earplugs.
