Great location, only a few minutes walk from main streets. There is a good burger and pizza place just 3 mins walk away. There were loads of sleds available at the hotel for the kids to use which was great. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice and although it was busy, everything was kept replenished. We were in a modern room with bunk beds for the kids. The room was warm and comfortable, and plenty of space for 4 of us. There was a kettle with tea/coffee and a minibar.

Prices at the bar and mini bar were expensive.

Everything was perfect. The room were very comfortable, warm and clean. We had a family room with a view over the river. We had a hot power shower which was just perfect every evening when we returned to the room. Hotel was a 1 min walk to centre with access to all shops, restaurants and approx 3/4 mins to McDonalds and Burger King. Angry Birds Children Park was approx 6/7 min walk.

Very central Location and having bus station to Airport and Santa Claus Village at door of Hotel was superb. Good breakfast. Very nice and helpful staff. Clean room and comfort bed. Overall price is exaggerated for the standard of this hotel. MAybe it was the festive season and that's why those prices were applied.

Location is great and bus stop outside for Santa village, Santa park and airport. 2 minute walk to great burger and pizza place. 4 min walk to main square. Large buffet breakfast in morning where you could eat a very big meal if you so wished.

Room could have been a little bigger and perhaps better furnished but was acceptable.

Location was great. Staff friendly. Family of 5 fit into one room.

Double bed was two singles pushed together, which was not ideal for us. Pool was cold, I knew that from other reviews though so was expected it. Would be great if heated.

Lovely hotel over looking the river, beautiful views and breathtaking to see from the restaurant - good plentiful and varied breakfast but beware porridge etc and some custard looking cinnamon traditional pastries are salted - don’t like to choose or waste food so just for info, not a complaint. Overall dated but beautiful and well maintained despite needing upgrades. Pool was lovely and yes it’s cold but not as cold as outside and worth a swim, pool was quiet at 830 before breakfast on our last morning and at least we’ve swum in Lapland in winter so another great memory made for us and the children :) There were also pool floats/noodles free to borrow for the children. Would love to go back but not peak season prices! Felt safe and good security to each floor of the hotel too. Added bonus it was a short walk away to the main town centre, angry birds park and by the bus stop for naava cafe and ice skating which was lovely and to Santa Claus village etc. We also walked 40ish mins to the worlds most northern McDonald’s and it was worth it to look around a bit more and it was fun for the children and the best I’ve tasted as it’s Santas after all :) Seriously lovely place to stay and a wonderful view

That rare thing - a family room for that can fit 2 adults and 3 children - centrally located with great views over the river, and plenty of car parking at no extra charge. Everywhere was cosy, warm and clean. Amazing varied breakfast buffet (also overlooking the river) and a friendly atmosphere - there seemed to be a lot of organised tour groups during our stay, but it didn't detract from the experience. Our room was in a separate building, connected via lift / stairs and underground tunnel (which was helpful when it was -20 outside!). An added bonus was the quiet swimming pool (open daytimes) with sauna (open evenings only), although the pool was colder than advertised. Overall this hotel was great for passing through Rovaniemi, or as a base for day trips and tours.

Some areas of the hotel were a little dated, sauna limited to evenings only.

The breakfast suited all ages. The hotel very clean and staff very helpful, friendly. The receptionist Laura was especially helpful to us and assisted us with everything we needed. The location of this hotel is perfect. 12 mins from the aiport . 10 mins from Santas village and Santa s park. The bus stops directly outside the hotel. Our family room was fabulous with the bunk beds a big hit with the children. The view from the hotel window was outstanding we even got to see the Northern lights

The only minor complaint was the temperature in the swimmimg pool, was too cold but that can easily rectified

The breakfast buffet was full of variety. The dinner was delicious but quite expensive. The children's playroom is a great idea. My twins loved it.

The swimming pool was a bit cold.

Big rooms, great selection for breakfast, excellent location.

Bed mattress and sauna/pool area. Water in pool is very cold and could all area use an renovation.
