Nice chalet, comfortable, warm and clean Lovely location at the ski slopes

Staff were not very friendly or helpful. Breakfast was whipped away so swiftly at 10:30. Some stock was running out at 10:20 to which a staff member commented “you are not getting anything else’. Overall it was very expensive for what it was. Even water, drinks at the hotel were very expensive. €4 for a small bottle of water Taxis were expensive to get in and out to Roveniami

Spacious chalet with sauna, comfortable beds and basic kitchen supplies. Breakfast buffet was exquisite, great choice of traditional continental food spiced up with local specialties. Sauna directly in a chalet was a life saver after a day spent in the cold outside! Friendly staff, they even took care of our luggage for free for several hours before our chalet was ready for check in.

Evening buffet was overpriced, kids (no matter if 3 years old of 15 years old) paid the same price. Kids room on the floor accessible by steep stairs could be dangerous for smaller kids.

The buffet breakfast spread was very good. The hotel staff is very friendly and customer centric. The heating in the Chalet is adequate and keeps it cosy. The restaurant is excellent and the dinner at restaurant was fantastic.

The Chalets in this resort are spread out over a large area and a public road passes thru it bifurcating the resort. Half of the Chalets are on the other side of the public road and pretty far away from the reception and the restaurant. If the guest doesn't have their own vehicle, then it can be a challenge to drag the luggage from reception to Chalet after check-in. The roads within the resort can become slippery during rain & snow.

Very cozy chalets perfect for familiar with kids. Super warm inside we also had sauna in our chalet, great location, close to the main attractions like Santa Village and Santa Park, airport, supermarkets and the city of Rovaniemi. There were also ski slopes close to the chalets and plenty of places to go sledging with the kids which they loved the most. Very great surroundings also for walks. They also had an amazing breakfast in a cozy Christmas atmosphere. We had an early flight and they were super sweet to offer us a breakfast box for the road.

Everything was great, no complaints at all. Perhaps a recommendation that it would be nice to offer sledge rentals since the surroundings are so nice. There is a fight for sledges in Santa Claus village and very hard to find during peak season. I can say that is what the kids are most excited for so it would be nice to be able to rent directly from them.

Rich and tasty breakfast and great location. A very comfortable and equipped kitchen inside the room but lacks seasoning (olive oil etc..) and possibly other basic products such as tea, coffee and more. The bed is comfortable and the room was warm. The sauna is huge and there is an exit to a small balcony facing the lake. In my opinion it’s more suitable for a small family and less for a couple.

The shower is not comfortable to use, very small and impractical (there is no curtain, door and even a wiper to clean residual water). There are not enough hangers in the room. The access to the river is not the most convenient from the second room of the large cabin by the lake (74). At this price, I also expected a barbeque area or a place for a fire near the lake, but there was none. Also, the dishwasher isn’t working and it’s not comfortable to wash the dishes in the sink.

The hotel is nice. the only issue is the big chalets are on the other side of the street, needs to walk to the reception and for breakfast. The chalets are nice, bid and very comfortable. Need to pay for room cleaning service if you wish for that.

Cozy and yet spacious enough for a family of four. Sauna was great and the kitchenette was really helpful. This was our first day in Lapland and walking around the neighborhood gave great feel of the life up north. The breakfast was a delight, almost the best we had anywhere in Lapland, esp the reindeer blood sausage was a surprise!!

No assistance to move the luggage during the check-in. Luckily our chalet was right behind the reception, else it would be a pain to carry all the bags, as the taxi would have already left you at the reception building.

Good location, supermarket 15 minute nice walk. Cosy cabin feel and sauna was great and slopes were good, lovely staff. Our Ski instructor Sami was fantastic. Breakfast was okay, no waffles apparently in December, no fresh cooked eggs either.

There’s no oven but knowing that we don’t buy frozen pizza, which is all would have used it for. None of communal toilets had soap over 3 days. No hooks in toilets either, not nice putting your coat on toilet floor, especially one by slops and lots of room for hooks?

Very cute little chalets and most activity providers were happy to pick us up from there. Sauna was great and the whole place felt very comfortable for 4 people (we stayed in the 5 person chalet). Breakfast was great! Photos felt very reflective of the place

The restaurant evening options were quite limited - especially as one person in our party is vegetarian. To get to any other restaurants, you’re realistically looking at a 30min walk or a €20 taxi into town. Kitchenette was also a little limited (but manageable if you wanted to cook very simply for yourself) with only salt provided.

Lapland Hotel is located near the river and ski resort. About 8 minutes away from town centre in taxi and about 15 minutes from airport. Good breakfast and Chalets add to charm of area.

Just a suggestion, as Chalets have small kitchen area, washing up liquid and new washing up sponge. As no shops near by.
