The location is fabulous. Its literally down a quiet street but a 2 minute walk to to the town centre. Supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants and importantly activity centre offices were all reachable by foot in less than 5 minutes. The apartment was clean, quiet, well furnished and designed, looked good and was so warm..needed when it was minus 24 outside! The key code system for entry and exit is easy and was sent to us in advance without problems. It was also reasonably priced. I would recommend this property without any hesitation.

Everything was perfect.

After a couple of days staying in the apartment I realised how good the location is! All main infrastructure is within walking distance, including all most popular tour companies‘ offices (which sometimes serve as meeting point for tours). If your tour is late you only spend ~5 minutes to get to the meeting point. There is a big shopping mall nearby which has supermarket and a bus stop from where you can easily get to Santa Claus Village. I stayed in the apartment for one person and was absolutely satisfied. Apartment had everything including coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, iron and hair dryer. Also found a toaster :) Perfect option for those who like cooking at home rather than eat at the restaurants every time. Pots, pans, cutting board, cutlery etc. was also available (there was literally everything one may need). Apartment was well cleaned when I arrived. Note that you will need to do vacuum cleaning and throw out trash before leaving. Access to the building and apartment is code-based, the code is sent one hour prior to check-in time via email and sms. Communication was pretty easy, I received detailed email with instructions. Additionally, 24/7 help line is available in case of urgent matters.

Apartment is small but for a short stay it’s more than enough space, especially if you only plan to sleep there and spend a day somewhere else. It was also a bit cold in the apartment although heating was turned on.

My family and I had a great time staying in this apartment. The communication was very efficient from the beginning until the end. The apartment is located in a very convenient location close by good restaurants, supermarket, bars and public transport. Apartment was spotless cleaned and well equipped for a short stay.

I believe what could be improved is the apartment’s indoor closing mechanism. I felt a little uncomfortable living the door “unlocked” without an extra lock, although I knew that once it was closed by inside it was safe. Another point in my opinion could be improved it’s the rubbish disposal. It wasn’t possible to dispose the itens in a correct manner as it was really disorganised and full.

Property is exactly in the city center of Rovaniemi, handy because so close you have all restaurants and shopping center if you need. Check in and check out are so easy and the apartment overall is big enough, cute and warm.

The bed mattresses are very uncomfortable, we stayed for 4 nights and we started to feel some back pain because they are so thin

Super close to the main square. Very quiet despite being right next to a main road, comfortable with all the equipment one could ask for.

Here or there, there was this one weird buzzing noise in an odd interval, almost like an alarm noise mixed with water running that woke me up at night/early mornings. I could not pinpoint where it came from

It was very easy to get in to the building as the code was sent to me a while before check in time. The facilities were fantastic, we liked how much space we had. The laundry in the building was a bonus too. Also very easy to walk from there to the city centre.

The TV didn't really work, and there was food left on the balcony (although we didn't go out on the balcony as it was freezing and snowing). There also wasn't a dryer despite the laundry instructions saying there is.

The location is adjacent to the mall, grocery shops, and bus stop. Few steps away from the bus stop going to santa village. The propery is spotless. I like the heating because it’s really warm and comfortable. The room access is exceptional, no more lost key cards. Everything that you need is already there. Spacious cupboards and fridge.

I don’t like the schedule of their sauna room. It’s only open for 2hours during MWF, to bad for me as It doesn’t fit my schedule. The Garbage room is outside the facility and it really stinks when you go inside that room. I don’t prefer the singe bed as I feel like I’m going fall down anytime when I turn into sides.

Super location. three minutes to walk to the 24 hour super market, restaurant, pharmacy, and travel agency. You could also walk for 15 minutes to the best spot near science museum to see the northen light.

It would be great if the bed is bigger/wider.

This apartment is extremely well located right in the centre of town. It was modern and spacious and access was very simple. The kitchen was very convenient

The kitchen was not so well stocked so we had to buy some things. The appliances were not so straightforward or didn’t work

The best thing about this apartment is its location. Everything is nearby within walking distance this makes you more flexible while planing tours. Other than that, kitchen tools might be more. Cleaning was good. Oveall, the apartment was good for the value.
