The room and the bathroom are spacious, modern, and silent (though rain can be a bit noisy). The position is excellent, basically in the city centre and strategically in the middle of everything (and just 2 minutes walk from the bus stop taking to the Santa Claus Village and the bridge to other side of the river). But the big plus is of course the sauna. There are no really things to complain about.

I would have loved to have the sauna to be open for more hours, such as opening at 5pm instead of 6. The breakfast was also complete of everything but I would have loved something more local like berries.

The breakfast was excellent with a lot of options. The hotel was fully booked and we did no had trouble finding a table or with missing options. The room had a lot of space and was very quiet and comfortable. We also used the sauna which was very nice and not very crowded. The location was very central. 10 minutes by bus to the train station, and just a 2-3 minutes walk to the closest bus stop that takes you to Santa's village in about 15 minutes.

The hotel did not lend additional towels if you wanted to use the sauna. You had to use the same towels of your bedroom. The receptionist was not very helpful with the indiciations of the bus schedules to get to the airport or the touristic spots. She only point us out the brochure they had in the reception.

Nice lobby and location and friendly staff. Also it was easy to have extra blankets and space heater sent to the cold room.

Our room had a weird shaped uncomfortable bathtub. Temperature could not be warm enough. Hopefully it will be fixed. Also they had a weird shelf right near a person’s head which would be easy to hit in the middle of the night. I put a long pillow on top of it so that my eye would notice the shape before I hit my head. Hard to get into breakfast room since the key access is too far from the door handle. I tried multiple times to reach the door handle quickly after swiping my card but had no luck. I had to wait until someone else came. They should move the key access device.

Convenient hotel in Rovaniemi city center. Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms are comfortable and had a nice view. We asked for a bath tub, and got it. Breakfast had a good variety.

For a hotel of this price range, checkout at 11, and checkin at 15 with no flexibility is a bit strange. There is also a bit strange (but understandable) system for breakfast: you have to remember every day to pick up a time slot card at the reception, which represents the 30 minutes when you are allowed to go to have breakfast. I suppose this is necessary because the hotel is large and the breakfast area not so much, but still a bit unusual and uncomfortable.

we loved the in house sauna, the wide selection of breakfast meals, and ultimately the location. - its just in front of the city centre where you can get anything and literally the drop off of the shuttles and bus for Santa Claus Village. The hotel rooms are clean and spacious. There was even a balcony overlooking the city centre.

The room was beautiful and clean. Location was central and breakfast was good to and all in all I enjoyed my stay here.

We reached Rovaniemi early morning and understood when they said that we would have to check in later. Check in was 3pm. (we reached 8am). So we went out for lunch and at 2pm they said rooms were not ready which is odd cause their checkout is at noon. They made all the guests queue up at 3pm for their rooms (hotel was fully booked) and it took us another hour to finally check in. It was rather a chaos created where it was not required.

Breakfast was fantastic, although some hot items were a bit cold! Lovely waffle maker that you can make your own! The location of the hotel cannot be more better! The sauna, the staff, the comfortable room! I will definitely come back to stay there!

Warm and clean , easy access to restaurants, shops and attractions

In the evening I ask Sara from reception for some vinegar and she start to don’t understand English language and when I explain to her what is vinegar she send me to 24h shop . Hopefully you don’t need nothing from this hotel because they will send you to nearest grocery store. Breakfast is terrible, after I give to my son scrambled eggs from breakfast buffet he was poisoned.

Having to checkout of 1st room at 11am. And wait precisely at 3pm to checkin to our room with sauna. No consideration was made to help us. G4anted the hotel was fully booked. But 4hrs to clean a room? The room with sauna is not worth the extra amount...unless you like saunas. The room was very dated.

LOCATION and breakfast exceeded expectations. Best possible views form our room and from the breakfast restaurant onto the main square and street. Will probably book the same hotel the next time in Rovaniemi.

Coffee machine was cumbersome to use and there was no manual option. The parking mentioned on the website is not free and actually rather expensive.
