The location was really peaceful and quiet, the room was facing the garden, which meant you could not hear the street at all. The area had a wide variety of shops and food places (majority being Asian, Indian and Turkish kitchen, but also had Italian) to choose from. The lighting in the room was also very unique - each section of the room could be selectively illuminated, really liked that. The TV in the room was adequate (tho somewhat surprised by the lack of news channels)

The extended room had more room space on paper, in reality the bathroom had been modified and partially merged with the rest of the room exposing the shower with a clear glass door to the rest of the room. Since I was sharing the room with a female friend who's just a good friend that I sometimes travel together with, it made for a bit of an awkward moment (but nothing terrible - just a fun, slightly awkward memory to remember). Couldn't figure out the room temperature control, seemed like it was all locked (maybe because it's too early before the summer season).

Breakfast was great with all you needed, location was close to the metro station and the rooms were nice and clean

We hang the do not disturb sign outside our door and despite this the cleaning lady entered the room and left when noticed we were in the room. This happened two days in a row even though we told her the first day we do not need cleaning since it was a short stay.

The room and shower was nice. The elevators were nice and modern. The breakfast was great. Walking distance to the metro. Grocery and coffee shops nearby. Overall the stay was very nice.

Some stains here and there on the carpet. The washer and dryer always had other people's clothes in it and left unattended for a long time until you remove them yourself.

No minibar in the room, no possibility to put something in o the fridge. Pillow as not comfortable.

Space in room

One of sinks didn't let water to go out. I would suggest if I ordered double bed, buy one mattress, not 2 one place mattresses

The room is spacious and the kitchenette is quite nice. There is also a 24/7 store at the reception if ever you get hungry at night. The location is also good, there are accessible bus and SBahn stations.

The airconditioner seemed to be working poorly at the time of our stay. The shower room has a glass door and was a bit uncomfortable since everyone can see you while in there. Before our stay, I was advised 2 days before that my booking was canceled since the room I have booked is appropriate for 2 adults +3 children, and we were 4 Adults, but I have booked through booking.com and just typed 4 adults and their offer came out, which I have reserved September 2023, almost a year before the actual booking. In the message they sent they said that I deceived them, which I found rude and unfair. Good thing the staff I talked to over the phone is quite accommodating and arranged my booking since it's too late to find a new hotel. I am still satisfied with our stay, though.

Front desk staff friendly and very helpful. A clean and very comfortable room. Looked after luggage after a late check out...The movie themed rooms provide an interesting backstory to the hotels past...Hotel is a short stroll from Rotkreuzplatz market shops and outdoor coffee and eateries.

Room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was beautiful and big. The whole hotel is very clean and the location is great.

It’s really convenient location for my work, the rooms are small and functional, and I like the gym

The constant messages via booking are super annoying. Every time I stay here it takes AGES to check-in, and to produce an invoice. Every time writing down all the personal details - really ?! It’s such a small thing but honestly the only reason why I’m not staying in more frequently. Towels would require replacement, they are a bit worn out.

The property is spotless!! The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The breakfast has a good variety of hot and cold items and a cappuccino machine. The front desk staff are excellent and helpful. The bartender makes amazing cocktails. We liked it so much we stayed at again at the end of our road trip. Also there is a laundry room at no charge.
