Good location if you need a place near the airport or want to live outside Berlin city centre (Low Emission Zone) - you can park your car at the hotel parking and use the train (approx. 30-40 min ride). If you register in Partners Program, you'll receive a free 24-hour ticket for public transport (+ a bar voucher ;)) Even though the hotel seems to be located just beside the airport, there is not much noise. The room and the bathroom was tidy. The breakfast was sufficient, with wide range of choices. I recommend chilling at the bar and terrace in the evening :)

Sometimes there was a long queue at the reception - maybe a second person for help would be worth considering.

Very clean, very close to the airport and easy to get to.

I did not like that they did not include breakfast in the price. This was a whooping 22 EUR more.

Spacious room, good work desk (and plenty of sockets), refrigerator and electric kettle (plus complimentary tea and coffee) in the room, clean bathroom. If you have an early morning flight and need to stay near the airport as I did, this is good value for your money, and it's actually better than a few same-rank central Berlin hotels I know. Wi-Fi works perfectly fine for basics such as mail and YT.

No downsides. However, if you come by train from Berlin, do factor a short walk to the hotel, and be aware the hotel is basically in the middle of nowhere (but they have a restaurant and do serve breakfast, so you won't starve).

It is a corporate hotel and it is very good as such. The rooms were very comfortable and everything worked really well.

There is another branch of the hotel right in front of the airport, which makes things very misleading. Before booking, I searched "Intercity Hotel Berlin" and got the one right in front of the airport, which is what I needed, only to find out later that it was not the reservation I had made. Even though this is a branch, perhaps names should be a bit more different to avoid confusion like this.

- It was the cleanest place I have stayed in in a few years! Even the bathroom was spotless. - Very friendly staff. - Public transport stop only 5 minutes of walking from the hotel. - Safe environment around hotel. - Possibility to leave backpacks after check-out.

- As I did not get an email from booking.com about expiring time for free cancelation I have missed this date. Contacted hotel about possibilities to cancel reservation with lower fee or changing reservation dates. Hotel answered that there is no possibilities to change anything. Although I contacted them two weeks till arrival. - About 50-60 minutes on public transport to reach Berlin. - Keeping in mind that hotel is quite far from Berlin the price for the room is pricey. That was the reason why I wanted to cancel reservation because I found some places for the same price in Berlin city.

Location and car park. The staff were friendly and professional. The rooms are clean and fresh. The prices for snacks and beer were reasonable too. The breakfast was good with a choice of hot meat choices, different sausages, chicken balls and Nurnberger sausages and cold meats, cheeses and various fruits and yoghurts. The rest of the city is readily accessible both by car and S-Bahn. The station is about 300 metres from the hotel. Recommended.

The choice of snacks in the evening is a bit limited but what is available is of decent quality.

The room was spotlessly clean, the shower nice and powerful. The bed was comfortable. Value for money was excellent for the room only. There was a nice outside area to sit. All the staff I interacted with were professional, friendly and helpful.

The air-conditioning was not very effective. There was a busy road outside, and the curtains were not properly blackout, so although the bed was comfortable sleep quality was not the best. There was a kettle in the room, but no tea/coffee. The restaurant food (had dinner) and breakfasts were good but seemed quite expensive to me.

Beds are quite comfortable, the rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and smily. Check-in and check-out was quite smooth and without too much trouble. Noise and weather isolation is quite good.

It is not well connected to travel from the hotel to the s-bahn. It might be improved by building a tunnel or a bridge directly from the train station. Pedestrian entry is not well thought. It seems the focus is more on the car than the public transport.

I liked the ambience in the hotel. The receptionist was nice and I got answers to all my quetions.

I wanted to place a morning wake up call but nobody picked up my phone at the reception. It was around 1am when I called so it is okay. I dont have any complaints. The receptionists were very good and pleasant. On another note, I do not understand why 50 euros was debited on my card which when I enquired at the reception was told that it is a deposit for the restaurant. I paid for my meals at the restaurant so taking that deposit actually made no sense. I am still waiting for the deposit to be credited back to my credit card.

Close to the airport. Slippers and a robe provided. Good bed, not too soft. Water kettle in the room plus good size cups. Windows sufficiently protecting from the outside noise. Spotlessly clean. Friendly personnel.

No carpet in the room. Only one pillow and a small duvet. No body lotion, and only shampoo (two big bottles of shampoo but no shower gel, I suppose by mistake). Just okay breakfast. Basic dining room.. not really inviting though clean and with well maintained (new?) furniture.
