The location of the hotel is great. Rooms are well maintained, comfortable and cozy. Staff is friendly, welcoming and responsive. And the breakfast selection is great and delicious. Absolutely loved the time spent in Legends Hotel!

I wish there was an electric kettle in the room or available to borrow for a time of staying - got sick on the way to Sofia and wanted to have some hot tea during my stay, so had to run down to the cooler machine downstairs to get some hot water. Also, it would be nice to have a lunch and dinner available in the hotel, I personally won’t mind paying extra.

Quiet, spacious and comfortable rooms in a great location close to eateries, shops, a huge mall and a lovely park for those who like to walk/run or just sit observing nature away from the traffic and people. Just a few minutes walk from the metro and buses makes the rest of the city easily accessible. The breakfast was great, with good coffee! Mostly though the staff were lovely and welcoming with the lady on the front desk waiting for us to check in after our arrival was delayed. Highly recommend.

Just a couple of very minor things would make this more comfortable- face cloths in the bathroom, and tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms for those who like a quiet cuppa upon waking it before going to sleep- although an electric jug and cups will be placed in your room upon request.

Spacious room with 2 beds. TV &remote control worked good. Bathroom with hairdryer is convenient and clean. I had a room to the street but no noise disturbed me. Lidl is in 2 mins walk from the hotel. There is ATM on the right from the entrance that is very convenient. Metro Station Vitosha is 10 min walk - very convenient. There are few pharmacies, shop with sports clothes, culinary, pizzeria nearby. Shopping center Paradise is 10 mi walk. Great location. People at the reception are very helpful and nice. There was a tasty cheesecake for breakfast and hashbrowns. Good coffee. Hotel works with taxi service, they can book it for you. Thank you very much.

The food for breakfast was kind of cold and not convenient to take eggs from the pan (maybe I didn't figure out how to do it right). As for all the rest - everything was perfect.

The location it is great, I liked it in general. It was very clean and the staff were kind.

The food at the breakfast was not that different, few options yes, but each day the same. Staying there for three days, having the same thing every day. Could be some more options. Also the parking was behind the hotel and you had to go 5 minutes walk, to open it, take things from you car, bring the key back and so on. Was not that comfortable. The window in my room could not be opened and having fresh air in a room it is important!

Great location for the purpose of my trip. Close to metro and shopping mall. Lots of coffee shops and small eateries in the area. Pleasant greeting on arrival and easy check-in. Room clean and comfortable. There are no coffee/tea making facilities in room and this is shown clearly before booking. An earlier review suggested a kettle was available if requested but it was not. There is a coffee making machine in the lobby for a charge. I did not eat breakfast due to an early start so cannot comment. All in all a good stay.

The room was a good size and was clean and comfortable. The shower was powerful and easy to use. The staff on reception were friendly and efficient.

The breakfast was disappointing (we still managed to find something to eat!) The food was left out, unrefrigerated, for too long. This was apparent as the meats and cheeses had dried out. Unfortunately, this didn't give us confidence to eat any of the fresh produce.

Everything was perfect and I rarely do say that in my reviews. Room was spacious enough, the hygiene was on a good level both in the room and bathroom, the staff was extremely friendly, polite and humane, there was more to it than a simple routine niceness - it was sincere and that is incredibly rare to find. Breakfast was diverse with some very interesting ideas like pear juice and "kompot" (компот to check on the internet). The location was also fantastic - one of the best neighbourhoods in Sofia, 7 minutes walk from the metro station, 2 minutes walk from a fantastic culinary food shop where everyone goes, 20 minutes walk from the big shopping mall and 10 minutes walk from the American embassy. Internet was good as well and all in all I have no complaints.

This is one of the few times where I cannot say any disadvantage. I could say maybe the bathroom could have been a little bit fresher in terms of ventilation but just a little bit, it was still okay. Nothing to complain of.

The location is good. Very close to the shopping mall and few restaurants surrounding areas. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Vessela and Natasha for helping us out with the desk computer to travel to Varna.

What we didn't like is there was no shower curtain in the bathroom. Water spill out when you take a shower and it's going to be extra work for cleaners. Apart from that it's convenient for us.

Great stay! The room was nice, with a large and comfortable bed. The location was very convenient. The hotel offers underground parking for an additional fee, but since it is behind a barrier, it's a good idea to call the hotel in advance to arrange access. Smoking cigarettes is only allowed outside the hotel, so if you smoke, make sure to book a room with a balcony.

Comfort .very clean rooms and everywhere else in the hotel. Rich and good quality breakfast . Staff very polite and helpful.

If staying during summer ,I will not recommend the 7th floor ,because although there is very efficient air-conditioning , I can imagine it gets veeeery hot in the hot summer days ,being directly under the roof.
