It was very clean, comfortable and the shower was really good for pressure and temperature. Airport shuttle was excellent!

I would have appreciated a mini fridge and freezer. The restaurant also didn’t have any discount if you were staying at the hotel and we paid 10$ for a 3/4 bowl of soup.

We stayed here for one night after a 9-hour flight from Amsterdam and before hitting the road early the next morning. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and has a large parking lot. We were lucky to have booked 8 months in advance, as room prices had quadrupled due to the Stampede. The staff were very friendly and helpful, offering great tips on how to get to the city center (park at Saddletowne Station and take the CTrain) and what to see in just one afternoon. The room was spacious, clean, and well equipped. Breakfast is not included, but is available at the on-site restaurant. The food was of medium quality, served quickly, and the restaurant staff were very friendly.

The room and the hotel overall could benefit from a general makeover to make it more appealing and up to date. The air conditioning unit in our room was quite noisy, which affected the comfort level. The hotel is located in a business park, so you'll need to head into the city for decent restaurants and shops.

This surpassed my expectations! It was a great stay over hotel after a late flight before we left in the morning for Banff!

this hotel is very close to Calgary airport and i needed to be at airport by 730am- you can see the planes from the hotel windows an authentic Italian restaurant is linked to the hotel for a great evening meal close to the hotel

I was offered a free upgrade to a king bed room. the bed was very comfortable but the room furnishing was dark colour. i caught a bus from Lethbridge to Calgary north east office to be able to access hotel easily and do city sightseeing. i called the hotel at 12 noon to ask if they could store my main bag until check in at 4pm they had no storage capacity so i caught a taxi back to the city with my luggage and took it to the top floor of Calgary tower and Studio bell then i had to catch a taxi back to the hotel- so extra transport costs were incurred due to Acclaim hotel lack of storage

The rooftop hot tub is a marvel. The whole facility is good in general, beds were comfy and quiet, staff was super helpful and friendly. Overall a great place to stay, pretty good value too.

If you don’t have a car or don’t want to drive it (such as a taxi / airport arrival or recreational beverage consumption) you’re in the middle of nowhere and there’s nothing close that isn’t a hotel bar / restaurant. But it IS pretty close to the airport, so double edged sword there.

We reserved for shuttle to the airport upon our check in. When we called to ask for a different time, the front desk said they don’t see our original reservation. That was nerve-wracking because what if we did not call and showed up and we cannot get on the shuttle? It was eventually resolved since our flight got delayed and there was shuttle space in the new time we needed. We wonder why the original request never showed.

The rooms large and comfy very close to the airport like 2 miles and offer free shuttle which saves you money on taxi's also the restaurant very high priced connected to it. Would be nice to also include breakfast

We waited a while for checkin and reason was they said I asked for 2 queens with tub? Never even saw this when booking never ever ask for tubs so when I found this out said no a shower is fine dont recall anything saying with tubs?

We selected the hotel due to having a 24/7 airport shuttle. However, when we arrived and called the hotel, no one answered the phone. After continuing to call for 10-15 minutes, with no response, we ended up just Ubering to the hotel.

Beautifully clean, lovely plumbing. EV connection in the garage. Welcome drink in the bar.

There was no dedicated or convenient electrical connection to recharge my cell phone etc.! I travel a lot, all over the world and haven’t found this problem in many years if at all. Worse, when I did find the power-bar provided - taped to the side of a dresser near the coffee machine it was about to fall off and didn’t hold my apple charger well enough to be safe. I eventually moved the dresser between the beds, unplugged the alarm clock and used that floor level socket with misgivings because it too was barely holding to the wall! You need to provide safe electric sockets for your guests, where they need them - between the beds and at easily accessible dresser height.

Airport shuttle is a bonus and both drivers were excellent and very courteous. The room was very comfortable and quiet, Glad to see no bath tub, loved shower stall. The room was clean and the detail of a bath robe was truly appreciated. Thank you, I will stay at your hotel again when I need to stop in Calgary.

Didn't see a hotel list for room service, and I actually couldn't dial on the phone provided to call front desk, it looked like the battery was not charged. But all was excellent, probably needed to skip dinner, lol.
