We loved the bathtub in the middle of the room, and the breakfast and the convenience of the location

Unfortunately, during our 3rd night of the stay we had a rather large beetle type bug quite literally crawl out of our pillowcase. Very gross it was too late in the evening to call front desk and have someone come to change our bedding etc, so we decided we would show the front desk person in the morning as we were checking out, my partner snapped a photo of it as it crawled out. We showed him he took a photo of it and said he would look into it, but other then that nothing for the fact we had a bug in our bedding for who knows how long. Disappointed in the customer service portion of our stay. But besides that lovely

parking was free main reason we stayed here. the girl staff running the breakfast was very nice

location was fine but if you walk to blocks over to the mcdonalds there are people doing crack in the plazda and lying all over the ground. hotel is good if your only there to sleep. do not go out after dark unless its right to your car. there are homeless sleeping in the parking areas behind the hotel throwing bottles and making commotion. basic full breakfast nothing special eggs are microwaved hashbrowns and bacon and sausages were fine

The room was decent — clean and functional, though a bit smaller than expected. The bed was comfortable, but the decor felt a little dated. The breakfast was okay. There were a few options like toast, eggs, and cereal, but nothing particularly special. It did the job for a quick start to the day. The location was convenient, close to public transport and a few restaurants. It wasn’t in the most scenic part of town, but it was practical for getting around.

Very clean, comfortable hotel. Good location, train station is just a short walk around the corner and the public transport system is easy and relatively cheap to use. Comfy beds - I think they must have good quality toppers on them. Courteous and helpful staff. The included breakfast was great, lots of options, including an automatic Pancake maker, which I had never seen before. Guest laundry a bonus.

Staff were exceptional! Very friendly and accomodating..had an issue with the tv, called front desk to ask for directions on how to use it a certain way. Instead of just explaining it over the phone, he came up to our room to show us in person. Room was clean, bed was comfy especially the pillows. Hotel location was perfect for us as it wasn't too far from the Arts Commons where we went for a show.

Only one small elevator.

I LOVED the staff- so friendly and accommodating! The hotel itself was lovely, in a great location for the hockey game we attended and to visit our favourite Inglewood shops, and had great parking options. The hotel was quiet. Our room (king sized jacuzzi suite) was well laid out and clean. There were pump soaps and shampoos in the shower which felt very fancy, and the bed was A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. Honestly the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. We make several trips to Calgary every year and will 100% be booking here again.

The location is good. The free parking is one of the reasons we booked the hotel. Breakfast is okay. The receptionists are present and attending to issues.

They didn’t seem to be super busy but they gave me a room right in front of the elevator. I’d question if they truly care whether the customers enjoy their stays. The breakfasts on both days are exactly the same. Alternating breakfast menu will be good for those that stay more than one night.

I liked the breakfast buffet that the hotel provided. There were plenty of options to choose from for breakfast, from savoury or sweet. The staff was nice and the other guests staying at the hotel were very pleasant.

The only issue and complaint that my partner and I had during our stay was that there was construction. I wish that we were at least notified about it before we came to the hotel. Also, I was pretty upset that the pancake machine at the breakfast buffet was broken.

The room was nice and big, really clean, and the bed was huge. Room was well lit, the floor was quiet, the staff were super helpful, and the location was in a good spot.

Breakfast isn't great as there are not many options. While my room key deactivated a few times, staff were super helpful to get it resolved.

Comfortable place. For the price, this hotel ticked all the boxes. I'd happily stay there again. Azel at the front desk was really friendly and very helpful. All the staff were great.

Not the best location, but downtown Calgary is not the most attractive area. It was convenient.
