Breakfast options were great and the breakfast staff were very prompt, friendly and professional all three days. Front desk staff were very responsive and accommodating in sorting out a booking error that I made and providing a more suitable room location for an elderly family member who was travelling with us. Couldn't have been more professional and kind! One night there was a loud party in an adjacent room. Hotel staff were extremely apologetic and moved one of our party into a different room and they immediately spoke to the people who had been causing the noise. Handled very well.

Rooms at the back were a little bit noisy due to the freight train tracks that run alongside the light rail tracks. But nothing too disruptive and ear plugs or a white noise maker would have helped out, just didn't remember to bring those items! Hotel carpets and furniture are a bit worn and tired but still very comfortable and everything was extremely clean. Centrally located to several highways and to the Fort Saskatchewan area where we had family to visit, just five minutes away.

Clean. Incredibly comfortable beds and pillows. Nice updated bathroom, microwave, coffee machine, mini fridge, in the room. Good location, near northlands/expo center.

It didn't bother me at all because I sleep through anything, but I would understand from the light sleepers making comments about the LRT, and train track directly next to the hotel. I heard it during the daytime, but at night I slept great. I know some people would have been woken each time the trains rolled in.

The room was presentable and clean. My mother complimented how nice it smelled. We received some breakfast vouchers but due to time constraints, we didn't try. Next time, we will. Another thing is the location is right across places of interests like Costco and Superstore. We will definitely be back.

There wasn't any recycling bin in the room so we ended up taking home our extra empty water bottles. The fridge wasn't as cold to keep our leftovers "cold", but that is okay.

Food, kitchen staff, the cleaners, and receptionists were welcoming to me. Because of the above mentioned I’m expecting to book again for my December trip. Please, keep it up

People and food. If may request you guys, improve the parking and gym. Swimming pool was good maintained and I would like to use it again my December trip.

The breakfast was very good each morning., The room was a perfect fit for our needs. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were very happy with our stay. We will tell all our friends and family about the great stay we had.

There was nothing that we didn't like. All was very good. Staff and room were great.

We booked a double room and got a room and a separate bedroom, both with double beds and their own tvs. Pleasant surprise. Loved the breakfasts.... cinnabuns, and the super friendly attendant. I like to work out and was able to use the really nice full gym next door to the hotel free, included with our room. Great perk! We will definitely stay here again!

There was absolutely nothing that we didn't like!

The rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was good and we enjoyed having a hot meal each day. The staff is friendly & very welcoming. The pool was a nice bonus to have.

The speed of our internet connect could have been better. Otherwise our stay was pleasant and we enjoyed our time at the hotel

I did my security deposit of $ 300, When I did my check out the money was not refunded directly! I'm still waiting for my money to be refunded. I think they may have technical issues according to the guy who was at the desk. This was the downside of the hotel. Overall , I appreciated

The room is accessible I love the seat in the shower. I haven’t seen that type before. It’s convenient and easy to seat and able to watch my legs. It’s brilliant 👌🏿

It’s perfect! It would be nice if 2 beds are provided. I have my carer with me.

Noise from the train was a bit disruptive, but did not run all night. I would like to stay on the other side of the hotel to mitigate the noise for future visits.
