Great location for our stop on a road trip. Lots of reseraunts within walking distance. Cleaning well kept facilities The room had a larger fridge with a freezer compartment. It was perfect to keep our road food fresh and refreeze our cooler ice packs Complimentary breakfast had all the hot and cold items you would expect. Unexpected was made to order omelet station. Much appreciated. The breakfast room was large and cheery with lots of seating.

Four story facility had only one elevator. However, it was not ever an issue during our stay. Lobby was on two levels with one small ramp at each end for those with mobility issues.

Stayed for 3 days and would certainly stay there again. The room was clean and modern and comfortable. It had lots of plug-ins which in this day of technology, is a must. We were on the back side of the building and had no street noise. The hotel was quite busy, from the looks of the parking lot, yet we never heard any noise in the hall, or above us. We had a small balcony which we quite enjoyed. House keeping staff did a great job of restocking our room everyday. The hot breakfast was excellent!! Very easy access into the property. Great stay!!

The breakfast was excellent, especially the made to order omelettes. The bed was comfortable and the shower good. The cleaning ladies were very accommodating and nice as my wife got sick and they were very helpful.

Our room overlooking the pool was very cold and there was no way to put any heat on. When I asked for a late checkout as my wife was too dizzy to walk, the front staff only gave me an hour extra which wasn’t enough. Considering the hotel was nowhere near full at the time, we felt this was pretty poor. Therefore we had to ask for an extra night and the staff at the front desk refused to match Booking. com’s price and wanted another $50 per night.

Everything especially the hot breakfast in the morning. The room was nice and cool. The beds were great and comfortable and slept great 👍. In disabled so that is a huge plus for me. Loved that we had a balcony and could watch the thunderstorm roll in.

We ran out of toilet paper, if another roll was left in the bathroom. I missed it, It wasn't a full roll and I didn't see an extra when we got in the room. We stayed 2 nights. So when they came into clean and they didn't see that it was low and leave more. I could have asked too... But thought it would last until we left and it didn't.

The Hot breakfast with the omelet bar brings us back every time!! Omelet chef makes to order 😊. Marvelous!! Lots of other breakfast choices and a large room with lots of seating for "choose your own" breakfast. The upper floor, king room was quite comfortable. We LOVED the larger "Dove brand" cucumber dispensers for hand soap, lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Bravo for getting away from the little single use bottles. The room had a fridge and microwave...all that we needed. The room and washroom were acceptably clean (bathroom mirror was a bit smeary). Bed, bedding and towels were decent quality.

Found the pillows hard and lumpy this time. Our room was on an upper floor closer to the outdoor neon - Days Inn sign and the curtain did not quite pull far enough beyond the window to completely block out the neon light at night.

We stay all over, and this place was better than some 4 and 5 stars for comfort and dollar value! We slept great, and the price includes breakfast, which was also great. The restaurant onsite was awesome, too. The staff here were amazing and go outta their way to make sure you are happy. We have 2 dogs, and they have treats, and just overall, this place was really more than we expected for the price. Definetly will stay when coming thru Cranbrook.

They should have a hot tub 😁 it would really put the place over the top.

Plenty of parking, we arrived in the evening and were able to get dinner at the Indian restaurant inside the hotel, the room was exactly what we needed for a single night stay, breakfast was simple continental and a good selection was available, the coffee was tasty and the bed was comfortable. There was shampoo, conditioner, soap and moisturiser dispensers which saved me digging out my stuff. 11am checkout was very appreciated.

The air conditioning was a bit noisy and I found it disrupted my sleep.

breakfast was great and the breakfast room was a fantastic size. There's room for a lot of people and that makes sense bed was comfortable enough would stay again as they offer a super selection for breakfast and the room is clean and the people are nice

the bathroom in the room we stayed in needs to be re-done. I understand some of the bathrooms have been done but I guess they haven't got to that room yet the room needs a "channel guide " for the TV set up you spend time pushing buttons and don't know what is on or coming on so a GUIDE would have been nice

Very comfortable mattresses. Pleased with the room location as it had a nice balcony and view of the city and surrounding mountains, facing away from the highway. Room was clean and inviting.

Included breakfast was lacking for a Wyndham hotel. "Omelettes" were bland, penurious toppings, overcooked. Only a few old/bruised fruit that no one wanted. The space itself, and maybe even the staff, could use some love.

Arrived a little earlier but allowed to check in. Breakfast was nice with omelette station, fresh fruit etc. Lovely big entrance with sitting area and workstations. Dove toiletries were provided in room. Plenty of parking available.

I did request a room not facing the road but because I booked a large double room this wasn’t an option but we didn’t notice any road noise regardless.
