The location was great and breakfast selection was as expected.

Check in time was 3:00 pm but our room was not ready. We had to wait over 30 minutes in order to check in. We were travelling with kids and they are not patient; especially after being stuck in a vehicle for several hours. There were 3 other families with small kids that also had to wait a long time for their rooms to be ready. We were not offered anything for our troubles. At breakfast, the plates were so high up on the top shelf that it’s not very accommodating to shorter people or kids. It also caused very high traffic because it was above where all the food was laid out. It was hard for everyone to squeeze in such a tight spot.

The breakfast had eggs, sausage, hash brown discs, a neat pancake machine, juices, coffee, etc. It will fuel your day with some protein. The EV destination charger was a plus and I will be more likely to stay there in the future. The beds were excellent. We came to Kelowna for a shopping trip. The stores we wanted to access were close. The main road that this hotel sits by leads you through to the lake and tourist district in short order.

The eggs were cold and watery. A cover for the eggs would be useful.

Bathtub was nice

One complaint would be the light in the bathroom. It was on a timer the timer was like 30 seconds so u would be in the middle of using the bathroom and the light would go off. Then if you moved in ur sleep it would activate the light in the bathroom and blind you while you were trying to sleep. The other complain would be how tiny the pillows were, barely fit our heads

Rooms had a little kitchenette in them with fridge and microwave and sink. Rooms were nice and large with 2 Queen beds. The room had ironing board, lots of towels and the beds were very comfortable. The included breakfast was nice with 24 hour coffee available. The staff were exceptional, helpful and gave us the extra requests we had at time of booking. This was my second stay and any time I need to stay in Kelowna, I will definitely book here. Price was excellent at well

Being right on 97 the traffic is a little noisy, however this is no fault of the hotel. When I asked for a quiet room the staff put me at the back of the hotel which was quieter. I just put the fan on for the room that provided enough white noise.

Cleanliness if the whole hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. It was also great that after a long day outside, we came back to a rooms that was cleaned by staff, garbage and used wet towels were taken out already. Breakfast was great and I loved that the staff makes sure that there's enough food on the food warmers and pancake maker machine.

Shower heads on our room is leaking water, so water sprays on the ceiling, causing walls and floor to get wet too. A hamper for wet towels would be nice. And maybe mat on the floor would be great addition, yo avoid the bathroom floor getting wet too much when someone gets out from shower.

Think I got a room upgrade, but room was like brand new and looked very recently renovated, with kitchen facilities, super good sizing too Pool and hot tub decent Hotel gym is better than most but could still be improved with a little effort Ample parking, friendly staff

Breakfast although complimentary, is fairly poor

The location was good , I was only staying overnight so did not need to be close to attractions or shopping. It was handy to the airport. The staff were all professional , helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good - lots of choices and a nice area to eat . The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable

this hotel is comfortable and clean. They clean the place every day. The breakfast was great, nice pancakes, fruits, yogurt, coffee, cereal, etc. I went for work, for us the location was great. I had to visit west kelowna, East Kelowna and Lake Country. The employees were friendly.

it should be a rule for customers to not talk loud after 10pm, they should pay a penalty. I came from work and I was tired and wanted to rest and people in front or next door were loud.

Amazingly managed hotel for a small family with wonderful service breakfast. Hot tub and indoor pool was also a value added option. Room was managed well clean and tidy.

Overnight noise from road traffic. Seems windows are not very sound proof.

it was a great experience from service to the actual room. we really liked everything. Room was pretty clean, large and looked good.

breakfast was over crowded and we were not able to partake as it was so packed and people standing.
