Everything was great, and as advertised by the sign outside, the beds were truly heavenly. Michael's service was exceptional and appearance professional. Nice to have breakfast provided and the price was great for the amenities of the room. The whole bathroom was ceramic tile, not just the shower, and it had a new modern toilet. Coffee and tea were provided in the room and it had the standard microwave on top of the small fridge. Everything was spotless and I would return if ever in the area.

The room was quite small for everything that was in it, but manageable.

I was very late in arriving. The staff member who waited to meet me was exceptionally polite and helpful despite my being so late. The manager was also very pleasant and obliging. The layout of the room was very convenient, though I do have a suggestion about accessibility. I use a walker due to mobility issues. In my home there are "grab bars" near my toilet and shower. It would be very helpful if the hotel had these resources in the bathroom, and if the bathroom was large enough to allow the walker into the actual toilet area.

Everything was fine, though the foregoing suggestion about resources for those with mobility issues would improve the experience.

A perfect location right by the road, which was perfect as we were en route to the Rockies so we stayed one night. The staff were friendly and provided a kettle when there wasn't one in the room. In the morning we could help ourselves to breakfast items such as tea/coffee/juice, toast, muffins, fruit and yogurt. Very good value for money. The sign outside says: Heavenly beds and it didn't disappoint!

The entrance wasn't immediately obvious and we drove straight past it. It's about a 7 minute drive from shops and restaurants. We wanted to walk but the road didn't feel safe to do so as there is no sidewalk.

Clean resort with a great location IF you're a mountain biker (which we are) otherwise you won't be walking to anything other than the gas station next door. However, it's a short 2-3 minute drive to the main drag. Keep in mind that options are limited, everything closes early and almost everything is closed on Sunday. The staff here was very helpful and everything was what you would expect for a "budget" hotel...nice enough but nothing stood out.

The breakfast offered is VERY limited and nothing exciting. Other than that, everything was fine and I can't really complain about anything.

The interior is updated and relaxing. I liked that the main beds were separate from the living area. My son was able to sleep well on the sofa bad, while my mom and I each had a bed to ourselves in the bedroom. I love the quiet location, just outside of the main part of Rossland. We definitely needed a quiet space to unwind after a long drive and also for my mom to recuperate from the evening events for her high school reunion. It was great to have a full kitchen, even for a couple of nights. We travelled from Calgary and wanted to bring home some spaghetti from the Colander in Trail. Having the full kitchen and appliances made this an easy task, with lots of fridge space to keep everything stored properly. I will definitely stay here on another visit.

Issue was probably user and not that big of a deal, but the TV in the bedroom wouldn't turn on. I had hoped to escape the run of cartoons my son was watching in the evenings.

Though there was no advertised breakfast it came with a basic Continental breakfast- 3 cereals, oatmeal, bread, banana nut muffin (very tasty). Nothing fancy but again we were not expecting any food. The hotel is ideal for a quick stay-over, only 6 minutes from Red Mtn ski resort. Bed was fine in this price range. It is a great value.

I've been coming 5 years in a row every summer. They always accommodate me. And the rooms are spectacular and the view is beautiful. The hot tub is nice and the gentleman that's on the front desk. He's always super kind and very hospitable. I love my state when I come to rossland see u next yr

Clean, modern air conditioned suite provided my family a lovely stay while attending a family reunion at the nearby campground. The kitchen was small but had the basics and a full size fridge. Continental breakfast was small but nice to have coffee and juice already to go and a little nibble. View was beautiful.

Had to request bedding for pullout sofa.

The location is not walkable to town, but it’s only very short drive. Very convenient drive to the ski hill. Hot tub was great. Really comfy king beds.

I didn’t try the continental breakfast. Rooms are clean and updated, but small.

this is a very old motel that has been beautifully renovated ,rooms are clean , the staff were very accommodating. Check out was supposed to be 11am but we requested a later check out as my daughter was in a running race and wanted a shower before leaving ,this was no problem. The staff were great about it. We didn't expect to have breakfast but there is a continental breakfast provided, which was a nice surprise. The price is right and it's a great location.
