This is an established hotel that has been maintained and updated very well. It was very clean, spacious and comfortable. It was so nice to have a balcony too! There is clean, safe, underground parking for a small extra cost, which was a great convenience. The pool and hot tub were lovely, clean and fun. The location is wonderful. We walked around all over the tourist area and felt very safe doing so. If you are disturbed by noise, you might be sensitive to the sounds of the sea planes landing and taking off, but that ends by 9 or 10 pm. I would definitely stay again.

The location is great - right near the harbor and downtown. It's easy to walk to restaurants, museums, and parks.

One big negative: We were on a bicycling vacation and the staff didn't allow us to bring the bikes into the elevator. Instead, they made us CARRY our heavy bicycles up two flights of stairs, saying bikes weren't allowed because the elevators were new. And they weren't very nice about it. Yet the elevator floor was already cracked and there were scratches on the walls -- probably from the luggage cart. On the way out, we used the elevator.

Our family group visited Victoria just after Christmas. The location was perfect - central to shopping around the inner Harbour and to many of Victoria’s attractions. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were well appointed. The rooms were able to easily accommodate families of three or four with the pull out beds in the rooms. The breakfast was ample and offered a variety of choices. We would return again.

The hotel furniture was comfortable but a bit tired. Unfortunately our group of three families was not able to be on the same floor as requested.

The staff were very helpful, polite and friendly. The breakfasts were okay, but a bit repetitive. The balcony was very pleasant and had a nice view of the garden/park and pool. The little kitchenette was a pleasant surprise, but we didn't use it much. We did a LOT of walking, and the hotel's location was very convenient.

The room was not air conditioned - we were told none of the hotel has AC. Staff suggested opening the balcony door and turning on the fan, which we did during the day while we were there, but of course we couldn't leave the door open during the night.

The room was very spacious. The bed was comfortable. It has a nice patio furniture. They have a coffee machine in the room and also one in the lobby that offers specialty coffee. Free continental breakfast. The location was good for our needs. I like everything about this hotel. We couldn't check in early because the room wasn't ready. They put our luggage in storage and called us as soon as it was ready.

There is nothing that I don't like about this hotel.

I found the beds quite comfortable, which I find hard to come by in most hotels. Qudos for that. Full hot breakfast was lovely, very clean well kept hotel. Underground parking was a huge plus. Perfect location, could walk just about anywhere. Lots of towels and pillows. The separate kitchen was quite handy also. Deck was good size and pretty view. Staff were lovely. Facilities were good. Loved the outdoor heated pool. Also very clean and the sauna was a nice touch. I think with all that amenities at hand its a great deal for the price.

Steam room seemed to not be working so we couldn't really try that. Was too late in evening to bother staff about it. Not a huge concern Really really wish they had air conditioning. Not a concern at the time, but just makes me aware that I probably wouldn't book in summer due to that.

The breakfast is good and the location is excellent, the kitchen staff are warmly.

There are no staff to help with luggage carriage. In Nigeria when you are checking in or out there are staff who help in the carriage of luggage. At the the check in, there should be somebody who will assist you to your room and show you how all the appliances operate.

Excellent location, friendly helpful staff when I forgot my key card to drive in to underground parking they gave me another. Lovely view 7th floor partially blocked by trees but still great! Breakfast great enjoyed pancakes. Small but enjoyable outdoor seasonal heated pool.

The price was steep, perhaps due to recent government ruling about AirBnB's, but still quite expensive. No indoor pool, just hottub, and 2 person sauna. Cracked tiles taped together in elevator needs replacing.

Terrifically comfortable and clean rooms. Nice balcony and quite quiet despite the setting. Amazing location for a (relatively) good price. Walked to Fisherman's Wharf with the kids no problem. Right next to the ferry dock. Kitchenette is terrific. Outdoor pool is a nice touch. Breakfast to-go bags were nice for our super early ferry departure.

Minor gripes only. Pool was tiny. Hot tub area wasn't the cleanest. Carpet in the room was bunched up in one place. Expensive (as any place in Victoria is).

Close to inner harbour, Parliament building and beacon hill park and restaurants. They have good breakfast, hot tub is good too very relaxing, not a lot of people are using it that’s when we went there to use it, we have all by ourselves.

Our body wash got empty on our last night. We called the reception to have it refilled, the receptionist said he will come and have it refilled but he didn’t. Good thing I brought a bar soap with me for emergency.
