The location is excellent. I appreciated the attached sports bar, which was open late and very friendly. There was a reasonable amount of parking. I think the price was reasonable for a holiday weekend, though if that rate is standard, it is a touch high. The towels were large and plentiful.

The pillows were horrific. They were lumpy and mushy. Did I mention lumpy? That was actually kind of gross. The bed was uncomfortably hard. The bathroom was quite small and rather dingy. In fact, the whole place was a bit weathered. The parking lot was crowded by taxis. A hotel employee needed to direct some of the taxis to get out of the way of the parking, especially the disabled spots.

I don't usually stay here due to a bad experience years ago. This stay was due to a relative who had a venue in the building. I wasn't thrilled about staying here. But this stay proved to be exceptional. I really liked the joining rooms, the bed was comfy, the pool and hot tub were more than accommodating, and the public washrooms were always clean.

I didn't like the lady (a guest) who was running her mouth by yelling and badgering the staff. She continued to do this in the elevator, outside the entrance and in the lobby.

We loved the robes and the bed was super comfortable. Lots of space in this room and the location was really great with good shopping centers and restaurants all around.

We had an issue with the jacuzzi sadly. Paying more for this room specifically for the jacuzzi and then having issues with it was disappointing. It would turn on by itself randomly and then wouldn't turn off when we would try to switch it off. Also found the elevators taking an extra long time to get to us so we could get on and didn't like the fact that there were no other stairs to get to the main floor other than the pool entrance.

checking in was efficient

when i booked my room i ordered a standard king room. I checked in after midnight from my travel and I was given a king room with wheelchair accessibility. I did not feel comfortable accepting this room in case a person needed this room. I stated that the room I initially ordered should be what I requested - no exceptions. Unfortunately, there were no other rooms available. I grudgingly accepted it.

Close to everything. Safe pool for kids, big rooms, comfy beds, lots of parking, has a nice restobar, spacious lobby, and friendly hotel staffs!

No toothbrush, bottled water, and less shampoo, conditioner and lotion in the room for 4 people.

Great location and staff were excellent. The room was good. Comfy and clean. Kids loved to pool and slide. We will be back.

The elevator was very slow, and the pool unfortunately wasn't open on time, so the kids were disappointed.

Guest Services was helpful

The lack of communication between Staff members when the pool was unoperational. This needs to be done better for the children who are disappointed when they are told one time and then told another time.

Very clean and nice looking hotel, they upgraded us to the suite for some reason which was super nice :)

It was a little too cold for me and I didn’t know how to change the AC, but honestly better than being too hot. Elevator could be bigger

The room was great. The staff at front desk were fantastic. The staff and food in dining lounge were wonderful. Mushroom soup was super delicious.

The hot tub in the pool area needs better jets, and I recommend an after hours time where it’s 18+ in the pool area for adults to relax without the yelling
