I loved that it is just along the trans canada highway and it is very accesible to nearby shops. Everything was perfectly set for a 3star hotel. The breakfast was great as well with a variety of breakfast meals to choose from. Its cheap for a travelling couple who are staying just for the night. The room is very pleasant and absolutely set above my expectations.

I don't like the smell of cigarettes blowing from the outside near the entrance reception 🙄. People smoking outside gets blown in as you get in the hotel entrance.

Location is good especially if your activity is around the western part of the city like the Airport and the Assiniboine park and zoo. There’s a restaurant close by if you want to dine in or take out.

There’s no swimming pool or hot tub if you or your kids want to swim or relax in a spa.

The continental breakfast was great!

The price is pretty expensive per night, even in off season. It is disappointing that you cannot work out last minute deals for evening walk-ins anymore, as we just showed up to the hotel to sleep for a few hours but still could not get a deal on a room that would otherwise have been empty anyways...

I have stayed here before. It is pet friendly. I had good memories from that past stay. My dog just loved and I loved it too. I wasn’t let down this time. The same friendly staff and atmosphere. We were welcomed at check in by a very cold bowl of water for the pooch. There were free slushy drinks and lemon water for guests.

They have a slushy machine, but unfortunately it only operates from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. I arrived late and just wanted to enjoy a big slushy with my daughter, but there was a big sign with the restricted hours. The machine was already ready and filled, but we couldn’t have one.

The lovely young woman on the front desk helped me with laundry and local information. The location was perfect for our tourist activities. Breakfast was nice.

The washer and dryer were difficult to get working. The dryer worked but sounded like a rock tumbler.

I've seen Super8s do coffee and tea, even soup in the winter, but I really liked the slushie idea!

Driving in Winnipeg can be confusing and frustrating, so getting most places from the hotel was a bit of a hassle, but you were near my main reason for being there so still worth it

T The coffee machine in the room didn’t work for us.The tv was complicated and then had no signal Called front desk and they responded immediately and fixed both issues Which turned out to be user knowledge deficiency. The breakfast was perfect Lots of coffee and tea all day easily accessible

Big black hair in the tub. Didn’t have anyone clean room or make bed while we were there.

The manager wasn't very personable. We needed assistance parking a trailer and he said we couldn't park as the lot would be full....it wasn't full when we left early in the morning. We didn't stop on the way back because of his attitude

The breakfast was great, and staff very friendly! We had a super easy/quick check-in & check out.

Our AC unit in 208 must have had some kind of broken part, as it rattled noisily. But we always sleep with some kind of white noise so it didn’t bother us too much!
