We stayed at the Sheraton for one night with our puppy and had a fantastic experience. Although our original room was on the second floor, the staff had no issue moving us to the first floor upon request, which made things much easier for us. To our surprise, they even upgraded us from two queens to a king room—exactly what we were hoping for! Our room was conveniently located near an exit with grassy areas, complete with doggy waste bags, making it super convenient for quick walks with our puppy. The room itself was spacious, spotless, and very quiet—great soundproofing. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower was amazing. We were also close to Mapleton Park, which has beautiful wooded trails perfect for jogging or walking. There’s even a Tim Hortons within walking distance for a convenient coffee stop. While the hotel isn’t downtown, there are still a few great spots nearby that made the stay even better. Highly recommend—wonderful staff, clean and quiet rooms, and very pet-friendly. A truly pleasant stay!

Gorgeous decor, plenty of amenities, modern touches, excellent service from the staff, nice toiletries, prices are very agreeable, great location, nice detailed instructions and information pamphlets, access to a restaurant, gym and pantry.

I was not fond of the thin blankets nor the bathroom (our bathroom had missing wall tiles, a very small amount but noticeable colour on the caulking, full glass shower with very heavy door that kept no water away from the outside floor and very thin scratchy toilet paper) and the elevator was quite loud which had me a little worried.

We stayed only 1 night but the hotel was very clean, the reception staff were courteous, the room was very spacious, big beds, clean interiors, and clean bathroom.

We didn’t have breakfast there because the plant based options were practically absent. AC was noisy. I wish the duvet had a proper duvet cover instead of the flat sheets that come off during sleep. If the duvet had duvet covers then the stay would have been perfect.

Our room was very nice and was also clean. The beds were super comfortable. The location was easy to get to and was nice and close to stores and restaurants.

I only have one suggestion The shower is awesome and we really appreciated having a non-slip mat on the shower floor as it was slippery. We are at the stage that we would have liked to have a safety bar on the shower.

Person who checked me in was pleasant enough but repetitive in her responses “That’s perfect” she kept saying, over and over . She asked a couple of really dumb questions. For example, “Do you remember your licence plate number?”. She knew I had driven to Moncton so it was insulting for to think I wouldn’t know my licence plate number. She also assumed I was Mrs when there is no indiction of status on the computer.

Friendly welcoming staff. Fresh , modern, and clean. A small laundry on site, all needs met in room if not available on the property. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious

Only wanted a continental breakfast but only full buffet available at restaurant on site. Check that location suits your needs

Friendly staff and quick check-in and out. Bed comfortable, free wifi and room was tidy and everything was well displayed . Floor was quiet and had a good night sleep.

Upon entry to the room there was an odor ( like musty)…. Maybe the carpet? I did not complain. Our stay was quick so I did not have time to enjoy the other services offered by your facility. Considering the rate you charge, I do wish there was some sort of breakfast or to go items included as other hotels offer this.

Our family of four, including two adults and two teenagers, thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The suite was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with fresh linens and towels. Breakfast was also good. The staff were friendly and attentive. We would be happy to stay here again.

Room was a good size, although it lacks anywhere to sit but on the bed. Beds were comfortable, hotel was very quiet except for Saturday night when some guests decided that running the halls yelling was acceptable.

A comfortable chair in the room would be nice

A very nice weight room, amazing staff and yummy breakfast made this trip for me.

Not the Sheraton but a complaint about booking.com. They let me book a room but the hotel was sold out. I recommend booking through the hotel directly to avoid this happening. The hotel scrambled and got me a room but I had to wait for an hour for the room.
