Location and easy check in were great. Comfy beds. Clean. Staff and food in restaurant were fabulous . The grounds were gorgeous.

Hot tub was closed but looked functional? The sauna door has two big openings at the top and bottom, it doesn't get very hot. The pool other wise was clean, towels available. Rooms and bathroom are dated. Comfy beds though.

The pub/restaurant was fabulous ....the food was awesome and service was great. All were very welcoming. The resort was having a dinner/dance which required tickets and they were sold out so I sent a email asking if we could go on a cancellation list. They followed up and we were able to attend the wonderful event. Now that is caring efficient service. Thank you Thank you.

We stayed in the lodge. Our room was really nice. Clean, new, comfortable bed, coffee maker and fridge. The staff are welcoming and helpful.

Not sound proof. It is a new facility and you can hear the people in the room above and beside you. We were awaken to screaming children at 5:30am. It was as if they were in our room.

Beautiful location, breakfast was good.

Paying a parking fee at a facility in a rural area with lots of parking space - no mention of this fee when we booked. Would prefer they just charge more for the room vs. adding extra fees for basics.

We walked the property and it was great. Room was great and comfortable. Went to the bar and listened to music, chatted with another couple, great evening.

I like to be able to sit somewhere besides the bed. There was one chair by the window and a desk chair. Nice to have a couple chairs and a little table by the window.

Very clean and well maintained. The pool was amazing. Nice and warm! Excellent supper at the pub and the breakfast was awesome. The staff is very professional and very attentive. Will return in the future

Breakfast on the water was fabulous (scenery and the food was good too). I am so glad you were pet friendly! This made it possible for us to stay at your lovely resort. Thank you! The location on the water was PERFECT and the facilities were very well maintained and cared for.

The room was a bit small. We put the chairs in other places to give us more room and quite honestly, could have been ok with only 1 full bed in the room versus 2 to give us more room. It was great that you had a refrigerator. Thank you!

Breakfast okay always nice to not have to leave premises.Beautiful place,really clean, pool was nice.Must be a wonderful place to spend a few days.

Staff’s attitude when we arrived,first the two men at the counter took my phone in their hands to check my reservation and looked up my emails, second I left the keys on the counter because I picked up luggage and the men at counter didn’t call out to tell me to warn me and the next morning at breakfast the waitress told my friend « I’ll be there when I can »

they gave us a lakeview room, which wasn't guaranteed, good breakfasts and friendly staff

we were told by front desk that we didn't need to make a reservation at the Lakeside restaurant, but when we went there to eat, we were told there was no availability, even though most of the inside tables were empty. we were told come back at 8pm, but we did not and later heard from another couple who went there at 8:10 that the restaurant was closed.

Rooms are old tho and carpet should be removed. And upgrade remo would not be bad also
