I liked the location of the hotel, and the staff were friendly. My kids really enjoyed the pool as well.

We stayed for 3 nights, and the room was never cleaned. my son said that he read somewhere they'll clean the room after the fourth night of your stay? That is not really good when it's a family of four. Breakfast was decent, but it can really use a change. The make your own waffles, cereal, and yogurt were pretty much the only good food they had. The hard, dried potatoes, liquid eggs, and cold, hard turkey sausage were not good, and having that for three days in a row was disappointing. Also, please upgrade your arcade machines. They are so dated.

The room was tidy and the breakfast was pretty good. My husband was disappointed the only meat option was turkey sausage but enjoyed the scrambled eggs. I like a variety of fruit in the morning and each day the choice was an apple or a banana both were fine but after 3 days I was tied if seeing the same but the whole breakfast was served spotlessly! The one thing that stood out is how they took the time to print up a heeet of chain restaurants and on the flip side local favorites to eat at locally. The list had addresses and some had phone numbers. I wish all motels took the time to do this!

It was a generic motel but with helpful staff and clean .

Located to pretty much everything was at most 30 min drive attraction / tourist spots wise, regular shops for necessities is 3-5 minutes away. Breakfast every morning. Eggs, toast, cereal, yogurt, waffles, muffins, bananas and apples. They also have sausage links, but only turkey. Kinda wish they had both options, not a fan of turkey links Juice ( apple lemonade and oj) only available during breakfast 7a-10a. Coffee 24/7 Pizza place across the street was OK, tasty crunchy is the name. However, about 5-7 minutes away, Joey's pizza was much much better. If going to Joey's, keep it mind its mainly a bar, but the pizza is fantastic!!!!! Highly recommend this pizza place.

No turn down if you not staying more than 4 nights. Water pressure in shower was low.

The hot breakfast is wonderful, lots of choices. The waffle machines are the best with real butter! All day coffee, tea water and juice The pool and mini arcade are great for the family. The games are very well priced. The rooms are really clean was very quiet even tho the hotel. Was busy. We could see our vehicle from our room. The staff is always so helpful and nice

There is no change room at the pool have to go back to your room soaking wet or use the bathrooms near the front desk. A change machine at the arcade would be helpful Just some nit picky things having real cream for coffee over international delight and real syrup over the synthetic stuff.

Pool was small and very cold in the water and room. The lights in the room were very dim and it had a musty smell. The bathroom sink was oddly placed and the tap was in the wrong place that made it impossible not to spill water. Bed was clean room was clean. Breakfast was meh would definitely skip except the make it yourself waffles. Staff was friendly and helpful free parking was a bonus but the back of the hotel did not feel safe at night due to the secluded area. If i was traveling alone i would recommend parking in the front. the elevator was only on one side of the hotel and my room was at the far end. This hotel is not in downtown niagara first time at the falls this hotel was far from all the tourists attractions. I would stay again for the price.

Front desk staff were welcoming and friendly. We stayed in a Family Suite with One King and Two Queen Beds, room was exactly as the pictures showed and exceptionally clean. Property is located in a safe area within Niagara Falls, New York. Great value for a family suite!

I appreciated the continental breakfast, yet breakfast was the same each morning and sausage tasted rubbery. FYI the shallow area of the pool is 3 ft 11 inches just wanted to let others to know in case they have little ones.. I highly suggest bringing a floaty.

For a location this close to Niagara Falls it was good value. Room was large, the pool was a decent temperature and the breakfast was fine. Staff were accommodating that we’d arrived an hour before specified check-in, which was appreciated as we’d had a long drive.

A restroom/ shower room near to the pool would have been better as not having one meant that nobody seems to have showered before they got in.

Breakfast was simple but very good. The were continually filling items for the whole time. There is option to use Juice or Tea / Coffee for whole day. I do see that the staff was maintaining cleanliness. There was also one staff who came and asked whether there is something we need like room being cleaned etc. I personally didn't use swimming pool but I did see many families enjoying it. Overall if you have your own car i this is good place although Niagara is a bit away.

Its bit far from Niagara fall and if you don't have taxi it will take around 35$ to go there. If you are first time visitor better to try something near Niagara falls. You have Indian food choices at walking distance there. You can order food online but incase you want to visit any restaurant you will need to book a taxi. No place to keep your wardrobe. The place is in suburb, it is not in city and not at Niagara. It is somewhere in the middle.

We booked this hotel for NiagaraFalls visit though it bit fas like 5 miles, however not much traffic. Room wise is OK bit small but still ok for small family, however bathroom is horrible with very tiny toilet i can say toilet is good only for kids and not for adults. It have enough of parking and breakfast also ok ok, not so great. The good thing is it have indoor swimming pool, if your are going with kids, you will have some good time in pool.

We had a good experience. We were allocated a room, but after some time, we found that the toilet was clogged. We talked to reception, and they transferred us to another room immediately. The room was clean, and the towels and bedsheets were nice and clean. We had breakfast in the morning, which was great. Overall, it was a good stay, and I would love to stay again in the future. Parking was free. Checking and check-out were very quick.
