Room was a nice size for two queens. The lobby and hallways smelled nice and fresh. Breakfast was very good. The one we stayed at was in a very nice area, a lot of green space. The balcony Grill Cafe was nice. The dining staff worked very hard to keep up with the exuberant amount of guests that showed up at the same time for breakfast. They were very pleasant. The housekeeping staff were also very pleasant and accommodating.

The night desk man was not as pleasant. Parking was tight, needs more parking spaces. The dining space in the mornings were always packed, but at least they opened up the conference room one time to accommodate the many guests.

Good location

The person who checked us in seemed like we are bothering him, was not friendly at all. He asked for my ID and I took it out of my wallet to hand it over to him but he didn’t take it and I was holding it for him suspended in air. Then when he was done checking is in he just threw the cards on the counter, told us where the rooms where, did not even give us directions where we get the elevators. It was a man wearing a lot of chains on his neck. He was very mean. We regretted spending our money for just less than 12 hrs for a full price as we checked in after midnight and we checked out in the morning before 11. We were very disappointed, I wonder if he treats all the customers like that or it was because we were black 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

The breakfast was questionable, it was hot but the sausage was way over cooked. It was like biting into a slim him. The scrambled eggs were not mixed together with the old and new. The lady just kept adding fresh eggs onto the old ones that made them extremely hard. The potatoes were the same. I've frequented a lot of the Holiday Inn in different states and this one definitely needs a little help with the breakfast, I overheard the cook saying she had everything prepped really early so that was a major factor.

We loved the big comfy bed big tv , breakfast is ok and the room was clean

first of all we booked a Room with pool view just to get there and upon check-in the not very welcoming receptionist to inform us that the pool it's an indoor one and they have no such thing as a pool with a view They advised us to contact booking. com and complain there and in my opion is false advertisement. What I really didn't like is the unprofessional attitude of the staff at the reception sitting on a chair on his phone , not even acknowledging us when arriving.

There was no unpleasant odors any where on site. Very pleasant. The water didn't smell out make my hair seem dry or dirty. Breakfast was great each day. The property was large and beautifully landscaped. We spent quite a bit of time on the lawn playing with our children. Every staff member I encountered was very friendly. Parking was on-site and no additional fees. Awesome location for all we had planned

Pool was really small and most outlets were not tight enough to hold the plug in to have a good connection.

Quiet and clean place to stay with the kids, after our trip to Niagara Falls. The location is very close to driving. The room is spacious, the free breakfast is excellent, the swimming pool is clean and heated, the beds are very comfortable, and towels and other amenities are good quality. They also provide us with complimentary coffee, snacks, and fresh juice in the lobby. Convenience Little Store is also on handy for kids to grab and go. We’ve enjoyed our stay! Thank you Holiday Inn for all the hospitality!

The room was attractive and comfortable. The hotel was clean, and there was housekeeping every day. The breakfast buffet had a large variety of choices. Hot coffee and tea was available in the lobby all the time.

The shower was difficult to operate, and the water pressure was not good. All the soap had a fragrance, and I have fragrance allergies. I am used to this for hair care products and bring my own, but usually hotels have fragrance free soap.

Location was great and breakfast was really good had a great selection and everything was fresh

The young man taking care of the breakfast buffet was so helpful and extremely nice. The lady that helped on Saturday morning was rude and talked extremely rude to some of the guests. (Ex:) someone said oh the sausage gravy is getting low she came over and said what do you want I only have 2 hands they weren’t even talking to her and then she was being rude with elderly people that didn’t know how to use the pancake machine that would have been a simple fix but she had yell like people need to learn how to do things. Other than her we had a wonderful stay and plan on coming back to your hotel and bringing a lot family with us next year to vacation

Location was really nice & central to all th8ngs to do. Nice a quiet place. Big size rooms.

Room configuration was aquard with no space to sit on the toilet, and the shower base was stained with pin holes for akers on the walls. Breakfast sausages were over cooked and dry and the pancake maker broken leaving less choice for breakfast.

They have a super cute little restaurant on the top floor. The Bartender/Server we had, Hannah was super nice to us. The pool was great. We absolutely loved the atmosphere and the staff. The room was great. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Gonna be probably planning our next hotel stay here. We enjoyed our anniversary getaway.

There wasn’t anything we disliked.
