Reasonably priced, a 13-minute walk from Amtrak/VIA/GO. It's a bit of a trek to the Falls but I'm used to walking and did a six-hour tour on foot. You can catch a bus from the Aero Car lot just north of the motel. September is a good time to stay as the motel is almost empty and quiet, although you might find a dip in the pool a bit cold. I woke to the sound of the rapids down in the gorge. My room had no fridge, but the ice machine works great!

THERE WAS NO ISSUES!!

Sanka and Terry were exceptional, Friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, informative and helpful. Quick check in and check out on 9/11 which is still a somber Memorial Day. The Swimming pool is immense and the water was pristine and as clear as a Diamond. Water temp was warm and Solar heated, so we stayed and swam for 2 hours. Brand new Beauty rest Recharge pillow top mattress was like sleeping on a Cloud. Two Queen beds were 60" by 80". Large General Electric fridge and freezer for water bottles. Walking distance to the Rail car over the Niagara Gorge was 3 minutes away. The view is breathtaking watching the river boat rafts.

Free parking for one vehicle, yet every restaurant along Queen Street required pay as you go. Within walking distance from Super 8 Hotel to High Lite Breakfast and Lunch from 8 AM to 4 PM. Ronnie Don's Chocolate brownie ice cream, world largest single scoop. Had Lunch at the Taps Brewhouse at the far end of Queen Street.

The location, close enough to the Falls, but far enough away to be away from noise. A bedroom with all the main facets to have nights sleep. The option to have a minimal breakfast. Overall an adequate sleep over at a comfortable price for those on a budget.

The presentation of the room, needs refreshing and updating. Minimal breakfast offerings. Cleaning of carpet behind bedside cupboards and under beds would be an advantage. Lighting was weak.

Room was pleasant, comfortable & clean.

When the room above us showered water dripped down onto our toilet from the exhaust fan. Guy came right away when we called, offered to get us into another room but we decided it wasn’t such a big deal, I think the other person just hadn’t closed their shower curtain completely. Was fine as long as they weren’t showering. TV only had three channels but not a huge issue.

The coffee was good

Poor selection of "breakfast" items we went elsewhere for food. 2 types of cereal neither of these we did not like, juice tasted funny and was brown colour for orange mango, and bread to make toast. Fruit and muffins would have been great.

Bed was very comfortable. I had a good night's sleep. Air conditioner worked well, cooled the room off quite quickly. Staff was extremely helpful; they exceeded expectations

No automated "wake up call' service on the telephone. Staff made up for this shortfall by calling me personnally at my preferred time. Room decor was a little "tired"

Free parking at door. Quiet. Free breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. Coffee maker and fridge in room. Lots of hot water. Good heat. Good TV programs. Comfortable beds. Not perfect but really quite pleasant.

Previous customer had pulled on curtain wrong way and two spots were off track.

The breakfast is not really a breakfast, only suggar and bread available, it not fits for persons with diabetes or is expecting at least a little bit of protein

I was very impressed with comfy beds. I liked to have my car parked right in front as we had bikes on the rack and could see them. Swimming pool during hot weather outside was a big bonus ( lack of chairs to sit around pool). After whole day of biking along Niagara Parkway,swimming in outdoor pool looking at trees aroung was very refreshing!

Absolutly no choice for breakfast. We don't eat cereal and only jam for a toast when I can't eat sugar? It shouldn't be advertise as "breakfast included" as it was far from normal breakfast! some friut , maybe peanut butter or cream cheese would be a nice addition. Extra toaster for faster toast service as there was the only thing people had to wait.
