Including breakfast items/quantity, our stay was fulfilling. The staff was very kind and accommodated our needs including late one-hour check-out. In addition, without asking the staff brought additional towels to our room, considering the room was equipped with towels for 3-persons but our party was four. The convenient location, the pool, breakfast, room, and the parking was great.

The bathroom was clean and tidy. The water pressure in the sink faucet was very strong, however, the shower head water pressure was weak.

The first morning we had a great breakfast, there was plenty of food for the amount of people that were there. The second morning, I believe they were probably short staffed. There wasn’t enough food for everybody who came down for breakfast, and it was very unorganized. Even when the manager came in to assist her staff, it was still very hectic. You can see the frustration on the staff. It was very disappointing.

The location was great! Close to everything - downtown; highway, restaurants and shops. The rooms were a good size, clean and the beds very comfortable. The lobby and public areas including the indoor pool and sauna were clean. The breakfast options were also good, and the staff very friendly and helpful. The wifi connection was also good.

Would never do the breakfast it was cold eggs ,cold sausage, cold potatoes , and a lady. I was too busy talking to others and didn't pay attention to the lids that were open. When you have a buffet, you need to be on top of it because people do not care about the mess they do .So, never the breakfast buffet .

Good access to amenities in town, also close to bike trail. King suite was spacious, nice to have separate bedroom and seating area. Hotel was clean and well kept. Breakfast was very good including the coffee with enough options . Enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

The room was very comfortable and clean. Terrific blackout shades and high ceilings. The staff was very pleasant. There was ample free parking and the property is nicely located.

The breakfast lacked sufficient options, particularly decaf coffee and gluten free toast.

Absolutely love staying at this hotel! It never disappoints us. The bed is super comfortable and love the spa bath. It’s so relaxing! Just what we need every time.

The couch in our room was very uncomfortable and started to hurt my back.

The location was great, the room was exactly as advertised, and the desk staff was very very helpful, friendly and accommodating. We switched rooms and were able to check in to the new room well in advance of the check in time. And the desk kept giving me coffee pods :)

Nothing to dislike really. The hotel was great and exactly as promised. What else do you really need when your expectations are met? The town itself has basic dining options..

Great place to stay for a night. Really enjoy the Holiday Inn because I have an electric car and I know they have all the necessary to recharge without any issues overnight.
