The staff was very nice and accommodating. the room was very clean. The price was good as it included wifi & a very simple breakfast.

The room we had.... The bathroom door did NOT close at all! The bed was way too firm, and the feather pillows were extremely uncomfortable! I did not get more than a few hours sleep :( The walls were so thin that the banging in the other rooms actually rattled both of the bed headboards!! The plumbing was so loud it woke both of us up several times through the night The mini fridge was so old and loud we had to turn up the volume on the TV, just to hear it. It also woke us up several times through the night. I would not stay here again in this room!!!

This motel does what it says on the tin with everything you need. I give it a very high rating because we arrived to a number of issues and the reception staff had a real 'can-do' attitude which was very helpful and they solved our issues with a smile. Thanks!

Breakfast could be improved by having a toaster that both sides work and more food at a time so there aren't lots of people waiting for eggs etc.

I enjoyed my stay at the Riviera Inn. From the friendly smile on Dania's face (at the front desk) to the warm breakfast, everything met my expectations. The location was good in terms of options to eat, a nearby supermarket to grab water, and the trail 👣 to the waterfront.

Clean and comfortable.

That they asked for personal information, including driver's license, through an online form that I also provide at check-in. I have concerns about where the data is stored, who has access to it, and how it is secured. I don't think the online form is necessary if there is a in-person check-in.

Conveniently located close to groceries, restaurants, pharmacy, center and cruise port. Easy check in process, staffs are nice, free parking and complimentary breakfast. They have connecting rooms too so perfect for family. Nice and quiet place.

Cleanliness of the rooms can be improved. The floors are not too clean.

Breakfast was okay, the staff friendly swimming pool was clean .around McDonald's dollar store no frills and near everything .

Rooms not soundproof could hear next room someone snoring. And the doors between the rooms .are little too pricey for that stay

Heated pool, jacquzzi tub, fireplace

The TV was good for the jacuzzi but not the bed, another TV is needed at the end of the bed. We ended up opening up the sofa bed and angled it for a movie.. problem solved, Magiver style lol

The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. The location was also excellent.

Nothing to not like, just would have been better if there was a place where we could have filled our water bottle instead of buying it from the vending machine.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable beds and linen. Strong shower.

Beds were a bit high to climb into. Eggs at breakfast should be real and not powdered. Rest of the breakfast was good value.

Outdoor swimming pool, you can park your car right in front of your room, grocery store on the other side of the road.

The breakfast is small and do not for example any vegetables for the bread (like many other hotels in Canada)
