It was close to the Canadian Destroyer "HMCS Haida", a site we wanted to visit. Lots of places to shop and eat close by. Front desk staff very accommodating. Enough room for our two teenage grandsons with the one bedroom suite. We all enjoyed the jacuzzi tub.

Pool was small, but at least there was one. And due to extreme heat, no cable TV for hours from afternoon to about 9 pm. From what we gleaned, it affected a number of hotels in the area and was being outsourced as quickly as possible.

The room was spacious enough and the bed was very comfortable. It was nice to have a kitchen unit although we did not use it. We found the room was very quiet which was great. The complimentary breakfast was very good. It included a number of hot items and there was quite a variety of other items.

Our stay was fairly short but on a longer stay the availability of a bathtub would be nice. Otherwise no complaints.

service was good. The room are clean. Breakfast is served diligently and wide room for everyone. Overall, we all appreciated our stay and thinking to stop by anytime we'll be around the area.

Room should be checked before the client is at desk for check-in. The pool should have a box for forgotten stuffs instead of been cleared off so fast before you remember and get back to pick your forgotten belongings.

Breakfast was great- wide selection. The room was very clean and spacious. Bed was comfy. There was a full kitchenette that we didn't take advantage of because we stayed for one night. It would be very handy for a longer stay or if you have a small family. Room was quite quiet except in the middle of the night we could hear the upstairs neighbour moving a chair around. Parking was easy and safe ($15 per day charge). Hotel access was easy. The location was ideal for us attending something at the One Ontario center however the neighbourhood in general has some interesting characters. Felt very safe in the hotel though!

Breakfast was good. Rooms were large, clean and beds comfy. Hotel staff were very nice and they all greeted us anytime we passed them by.

Only 2 elevators in the entire hotel makes for long wait time during peak hours and weekends, considering the hotel has 15 floors. Small pool area, limited parking space. Area is a bit sketchy with homeless people walking around but the hotel itself felt secure.

Breakfast overall was good Rooms were big. Rooms were clean

The was discoloration in the tub which turned out to be chemical burn on the enamel. The elevators took forever. Had to wait for the elevator and it was full. took 15mins or so to get to lobby from the 8th floor. Disappointed that there wasn't enough bacon for breakfast. No dishsoap to do the dishes by hand. Only dishwasher soap.

Friendly staff, spacious suites, ideal location for the purpose of our stay and we loved the full sized kitchen.

The bed wasn’t made properly when we got there. The bed skirt was put on top of the mattress like a quilt. My kids and husband said the pool area smelled like vomit and avoided the pool for the rest of our stay.

We loved the suite we were assigned. It was spacious and the view of Hamilton city was really nice - finally, no parking lot view, but an actual view of something pleasant without the constant noise of highway traffic. It was such a pleasant stay. The staff was very helpful coming and going. Great parking facility. Lovely decor in the lobby. Safe and attractive location.

The room card was quite confusing and we found it difficult to use at first. A little more explanation at the beginning would have been helpful. Difficulty with figuring out how to get into the hotel from the parking area. Just a little more information at the beginning would have prevented the frustration. Not everything is obvious to everyone.

Location of hotel is perfect for my needs. We have stayed here several times. Breakfast is ok. Hot items could be improved. Wi-Fi is slow. We were told housekeeping was every other day. We declined service the first time then didn’t see anyone else for the rest of our 6 day stay.

Very clean and modern. Comfortable and staff were very helpful. Late checkout was great as it gave time for a shower after the AtB run.

Not enough parking. Seems crazy to build a hotel with fewer parking spaces than rooms. Elevators were very slow. Long waits and ended up using stairs more than once. Very, very expensive though.
