We were stranded in Toronto due to the snow and plane crash. No winter clothing (it was -20) and no place to stay. Alas, the other stranded 7000 passengers from the cancelled flights got to the hotel before we did and took all of the vacant rooms. The shuttle driver was lovely and so helpful to even get us to the hotel where we sat in the lobby for 5 hours from midnight until 5 a.m. The desk staff were incredible. If they had had a vacant room, they would have given it to us but not a single one was available or ready to use as there was no housekeeping staff to clean after other guests checked out for early morning flights. I have stayed many times at your properties and have always had excellent experiences but the desk staff at this hotel went above and beyond in my opinion. They called just about every hotel in the area looking for a room for us and when one was finally found at the Quality Inn in Burlington, they even checked with the taxi driver to make sure it was a clean and well run motel for 2 senior widows stranded in the snow. I cannot thank them enough for looking out for us and making sure we would be okay.

An overnight housekeeper would have been great!

The location of the hotel was very close to the airport, the staff were helpful, polite and friendly, and the room was clean.

I didn't like waiting for a shuttle for an hour and a half in the cold. I stayed at the hotel twice - the night before my vacation and the night after my vacation. The shuttle to pick me up before my vacation was April 8th and it was VERY cold. The temperature was well below freezing. I had to call several times before the shuttle came. Although the shuttle is supposed to come every half hour, I know for a fact that I did not miss the shuttle in that time period as I stood outside the entire time.

I guess the the standoff ish attitude of some managers in the restaurant and the front desk … we didn’t feel the warmth Our flight ✈️ was leaving late in the evening which left us stranded between the hotel and the airport for some time and we could feel the awkwardness (looks) at times while we waited for about 90 minutes in the lobby before returning to the airport although we didn’t take all the seats or space Not pleasant

The hotel front desk staff were pleasant at check-in. The hotel itself had a good vibe to it. The rooms were decent size with comfortable bedding. Would definitely stay at again if we need a hotel near the airport.

Airport shuttle (to get to hotel) didn't come as scheduled. We waited over an hour to get a shuttle when they are supposed to come every 30 minutes. This took away valuable time from sightseeing. One of the staff at the hotel was very apologetic and offered us a discount at the hotel restaurant. We did not dine at the hotel but appreciated the sentiment.

Airport shuttle left early (caught the 5:00 am shuttle). Driver was friendly. More than expected (I was planning to walk to the terminal, which was a short walk from the hotel).

The shuttle was on time and took us to the airport very fast. When we left, the kids forgot to take from their room a cinch sack, but we contacted the hotel and they found it and kept it for us to pick up when we returned from our trip. Very helpful and much appreciated!

It wasn't clearly specified when we booked the room that we need to reserve in advance parking for several nights before arriving at the property. We assumed we can do so when we checked in, but it wasn't possible. The staff was able to help with information to find alternate parking, but it was more expensive and more hassle...

The very slow cumbersome pay pad system!!! It was so slow through the phases that I inadvertently pulled my card three times. I was really tired from over ten hours of travel, last thing I needed… most hotels you hand your card to the front desk staff and he/she hands it back immediately… not with Sheraton, it was like trying to gain entry to the CIA… Your excellent stall are hand cuffed to this tech. - kinda sad. Maybe it’s just Toronto? Felt like the Twilight Zone all facets at the Airport…

The room was sizeable with 2 double beds which was very welcomed after our flight from Heathrow and then our onward flight onto Calgary.

It was not made clear in the details that there was actually Sheraton hotels at the airport and we went to the wrong one. The name of the hotel "Four Points" wasnt clear that it was the name, I thought this was some kind of loyalty/bonus points - In the details it should be clear because this caused us a lot of inconvenience at check-in.

All went well this time on the return from my vacation - room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful and the shuttle is perfect when you're flying to and from Pearson airport.

Stayed there also prior to my vacation and it wasn't good at all as far and the shuttle. I stood in the below 0 cold for 1 1/2 hrs. waiting for the shuttle and found it very difficult to contact the hotel. Called several times before I actually got a person to answer the phone and voice my concerns.

The room was excellent - comfortable and spacious for a single traveler. I liked how close it was to the airport, especially since I was to leave the following day. The fitness room was new and modern, allowing me to get in a satisfying workout. Dinner was good and breakfast was excellent. All staff were friendly and helpful, especially those in the bar and restaurant.

It was a public holiday, so I waited longer than expected at the airport for the shuttle to arrive. Otherwise, from the minute I arrived until the minute I checked out, everything was excellent.
