Rooms were spacious and clean!

One of the staff members was named Diana when I asked for a bottle of water for our 2nd night stay, she was rude about it. I might be wrong but I thought that being a bonvoy member, we were allowed two bottles of water each day, and since we did not get our room cleaned between our 2 night stay, I went to the front desk to get a bottle of water but she flat out refused and directed me to purchase it which left me with a sour taste as I needed the water to take some medicine. The rest of the staff seemed super nice when I went to get some lotion or a shower cap. The facility was clean!

Spacious room, clean and well equipped kitchen

The breakfast, few seats available for al the clients on the weekend and the food variety was not impressive. I am also annoyed at the hospitality tax from Mississauga because there are no tourist attractions in the area and I feel like they should be grateful that I spend money on local businesses and restaurants (this has nothing to do with hotel but it’s still a fact that it gets charged)

I liked the 2 separate bedrooms, on opposite sides of the unit. I liked that each had their own bathrooms. I liked that there was a full kitchen!!! I liked the location in that, even though it was in an industrial area, the surrounding buildings were really nice. I loved the shuttle, so convenient to the airport. The liked the little store. I liked the breakfast 😋 I would definitely stay again. Thank you.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Excellent location with ample parking space. Cleanliness was apt.

Breakfast is too monotonous. Same scrambled eggs everyday and one more additional dish. The could have charged a bit more to give more choices. We lived for 8 days and I skipped the breakfast after the 3rd day. Staff was nice at the restaurant which served breakfast especially the filipino staff, Unfortunately i missed her name. Reception should be more welcoming in my opinion.

We select hotels like because they have rooms with CLOSING doors that separate them from the living area with a sofa bed, and full kitchens to boot. The pool was open until 11:00 PM, and they did not kick you out right at 11:00 PM, which I appreciated. They also have a hot tub -- a relative rarity in hotels nowadays.

The satellite/cable TV reception was mostly terrible for whatever reason, and the breakfast on weekdays and weekends ends much too early compared with other hotels of this type. The benefits of this hotel, though, far outweigh these minor negatives.

Convenient hotel when you want free airport transfer and want to visit Toronto at the same time. Good connection to city center via bus plus train. New and clean. Room was big and comfortable, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and fireplace! Good breakfast.

You have to call from the airport to get a transfer and it's a small van, so the wait is long if somebody called just before you.

The facilities were too notched. The breakfast was superb. The cleaners were friendly. The receptionists were ready to assist you. We also had an airport shuttle that took us to the airport after we checked out.

In other hotels in some countries, provisions are made to assist guests carry their baggage to their rooms. This was not provided and it is an area Residence Inn should consider improving

Close to the airport, with very spacious, clean room with kitchen. The breakfast was included which is not common in N. America. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I thank them. There is shuttle to the airport provided and the driver was very courteous. Overall, an excellent experience.

Noisy heater unit, and the food choice at the breakfast could have been better but these are minor points.

Staff were very friendly, understanding & very helpful to my elderly mom. There were a lots of parking and staff make everything very convenient

Kitchenware could be improved

All staff were friendly and helpful. Clean facilities and room. Comfortable beds and sofa bed. Although I didn't require, fully wheelchair accessible room and facilities.

The only thing I would change would be heating the pool just a few degrees more. The water was on the cool side so I didn't stay in very long.
