Location was fine for the breakfast, but too small, had to take food to room twice as eating area was full. Breakfast was good but not stellar-but I find the eggs at most hotels to be watery and tasteless and Comfort Inn was not an exception. Staff were friendly and quick to respond to queries / requests. Area it was in had a lot of new restaurants, stores etc which was nice. Parking was good.

hot water - it wasn't really hot! And the shower heads were awful, couldn't get a decent spray. Not the hotel's fault, but other guests (the ones below us) were hanging out in the parking lot playing music, drinking, smoking and loudly talking/laughing. Took it for quite a while, but called down to front desk to ask them to speak to the other guests as it was getting late. They did so immediately - the noisy guests did take it inside, but since we were right over them, could still hear them. Again not hotel's fault. But this also caused some concern safety wise. I was with my husband, but if by myself I would have been afraid to leave my room if needed.

The inn was just far enough off the highway to not hear the traffic, yet easy access to and from it to other parts of Toronto during our stay. The inn was very clean, ie. our room although small desk & hanging area ( & no gross carpet in the bedroom!), the hallways, the breakfast eating area was constantly maintained by the staff member. Both my husband and I were pleasantly surprised that despite our room being on the ground level with parking literally outside our patio door, the hotel was so quiet inside & out. The beds were comfortable.

My only comment, not a complaint, is that you could tell the inn had been, like many, smoking allowed years ago so you would get faint whiffs of old smoke in the hallway. And maybe since we're nonsmokers, the only reason we noticed it. But it is so clean inside and the grounds outside are maintained nicely.

The staff was very friendly and the accommodations were great! I didn't expect a breakfast, so that was a pleasant surprise. It was delicious, and the young lady who was servicing the area was efficient and extremely kind. The fact that the breakfast was included made it an affordable stay. I came with my children and my elderly mother, and we will be back. I have also recommended you to other family members. Thank you

Breakfast was hot and tasty.

The dining area was very busy due to a young sports team, I assume. I took my breakfast up to my room but it would have been helpful if the staff had mentioned this on check-in and I could have taken my breakfast a bit later. Also lack of an elevator although the gentleman who checked me in did ask if I would be okay with the stairs and, I assume, perhaps seen if there was a first floor room available.

It was easy to find using GPS. Near some great places for hiking or shopping. Minimal noise between rooms. Beds were comfortable. Shower had really good pressure and the wall dispensers for shampoo/conditioner are a nice touch. Breakfast was good although the pancake machine left the batter slightly undercooked. Everything else was great and fresh. Staff was helpful and friendly. We felt right at home, enjoying the seating area in the evenings.

Loved the shower Reno’s and water pressure! The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast Reno is the best we’ve experienced at any comfort inn! Downside were the kids at some tournament kicking up a storm when they returned in the evening and knocking on the patio door scaring the tar out of us.

Kids coming back from tournament and raiding the breakfast area the next morning. Staff was hard pressed to set it up again for those of us still coming in at 9

Diane, the night auditor was amazing. She helped me find the best parking spot and how to best get to my room. I also found most staff I passed in the hallways to be very friendly and polite. I’m sad to say that I did not get their names as it was just the briefest of interactions.

The time it took to ring up items from the store up front was a little longer than I expected. I work in a hotel myself and we are able to write up total amounts and do a manual count for items later. I understand that the system requires an active count but there has to be a better way of doing things that doesn’t require guests to waste time standing while 3 individual cans of pop are being rung up.

Breakfast was the only thing that was mediocre. I had to change my date at the very last minute and was accommodated with great relief. We even got a better room bc we needed ground floor. Wonderful service and much appreciated.

Bed, fittings, bathroom all excellent. Breakfast just ok.

The room was exceptionally clean. Great water pressure in the shower. I liked the room set up. It had everything you could wish for.

The only thing I would criticize is the size of the pillows in our room. They were square shaped and not comfortable to sleep on. I would expect king size pillows on a king bed.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, the location was perfect next to the highway.

There were few breakfast options, however there’s many nice diners and all day breakfast close by.
