The staff were welcoming, cheerful and very helpful. The room was very clean and tidy, well maintained, spacious and comfortable. It was relatively quiet given it's downtown location. Location was perfect for what we were looking for, easy access to highways for travel. We did not use the restaurant, but nice to have that facility on site. Prefect for our overnight stop.

Air con quite noisy Because I booked through. Booking.com I couldn’t claim best western points for my stay which is a great pity . I would not be able to book this hotel through booking.com

Great location off of the highway. Clean rooms, pet friendly, quiet location, nice pool, very nice staff. This was our second visit here as we drive from Nova Scotia to Ontario each year and this spot is a halfway mark in our long trip. We will be back again.

The staff is very friendly and the whole hotel is spotless and smells clean. The breakfast is excellent and homemade. I always stay here when in town. The location is spot on in the middle of town, walking distance to the mall and some restuarants.

No pool

Comfortable bed. Clean. Friendly helpful staff. Restaurant good - friendly older man (manager maybe) he chatted with kids, which was very nice.

Toilets need upgrading…higher. Ice machine was right outside our door, made it very noisy! Annoying - especially at 3am!

The front desk staff were very polite. Room was very clean. The restaurant was amazing. Restaurant staff were extremely polite and professional, the food was prepared quickly and was very good. If we are ever back in Newmarket again I would book this hotel in a heart beat!

I needed to check-in around noon and, since there were no rooms available, as the night before it was fully booked, the staff offered to store our belongings and move them to the room when ready, so that it would be ready for us when arriving very late in the night. Really going out of their way to help!

It was very convenient for us. Lots of restaurants nearby. Pleasantly surprised with a microwave and frig in the room. Quiet at night.

The stairs to the upstairs was not senior friendly. The rooms could use a little update.

I was there for a wedding and very much appreciated having an early check in to be able to get ready comfortably, feel secure in the storage of my personal belongings and get to the wedding in time

Easy access with parking right beside door to room. Staff welcoming and professional.

Although clean and all facilities were in good order, the room itself felt too narrow, making access to fridge tight and little room for a toiletries case in the bathroom.
