Location is great. It was within proximity to everything I needed to do in Newmarket the next day. Front desk offered to extend our checkout till noon, which was excellent because my friend didn't really have much to do till I finished my errands in town, so he could stay longer at the room and rest for the long drive home.

Breakfast was on the poorer side. I would've loved a small sandwich instead of a muffin for breakfast. The water pressure in the shower was on the lower side. I would've appreciated a charging station to charge my car overnight. The room could use a few more electrical sockets. We had to pull out the microwave and light fixtures to plug in our phone chargers.

Well I have been asked to comment on the breakfast and what I thought of the location. We travelled for 2 weeks took a variety of motels from Niagara Falls to Kapuskasing Ontario , they shouldn’t call this a breakfast , it is a muffin a fruit and a juice box in a bag , worst breakfast entire trip. Location worked out well for us but the corner where you pull out of the parking lot is very dangerous, so be careful exiting the motel parking lot . Room was clean, quiet and comfortable .

The so called breakfast which should be called continental breakfast bag , can’t choose your muffin type ot juice apple, orange etc. or the fruit option the put into the bag. Breakfast was very disappointing. The worst breakfast during our stays which consisted of 9 motels offering breakfast . Breakfast is not a deal on this one !

I like how it's quiet. There's a beautiful pool, beautiful garden. The rooms are located close to the pool. I like the factor that there's a continental breakfast. Just a bit small. Maybe. Some kind of cold cereals Impossibly, bagels and toast available every day.

I didn't like the factor that housekeeping does not offer to do your room until the day you're checking out even if you're sitting outside of the room.They travel around you. When we asked to possibly have the sheets changed.Even though we were saying for 3 days They only change sheets on certain days Also All the chips inside the vending machine are way past their expiry date It's the second time i've been there and it's been like that Maybe it's something that needs to be put on a list to be checked on a monthly basis

Due to the location of my room, it was very quiet and being able to regulate the temperature allowed me to cool the room down to where it like it.

There was an unpleasant smell in the 'foyer' which you needed to go through to get to my room, and when entering the foyer, part of the screen door mechanism interfered with the door knob making it awkward and difficult to turn the knob without potentially knocking your fingers/knuckles and injuring onesself.

The Newmarket Inn was a wonderful place to stay. When I first arrived I was amazed by the extensive landscaping, perfectly trimmed shrubs with beautiful flowers in-between. Then the clerk upgraded my room from upstairs to a ground floor one, appreciated! The room was large and spacious with a very comfortable bed and nice, new-looking furniture. The room also featured a very large HD TV, a refrigerator, microwave, and coffeemaker. The Inn was within a three-minute drive of a large shopping center, featuring most anything a person would need and the Inn was easily accessible from Hwy. 404.

The breakfast needs to be including more things like omlate , eggs ,etc... Coffee allowed free of charge just with breakfast ! It should be allowed along the day free of charge .

Sometimes the water was not reaching the shower , I think it was because of the water pressure , I informed the office about that . The exhaust above the stove was not working , it was supposed to be working before check in , but I informed the office and they fixed it two days later . Tv should be smart tv , not just the existing channels

We did not have breakfast..we went early to only sign in and then went on to visit friends for the day the front desk were very friendly and obliging ,,it was nice to have a little chat with the lady at the front desk and she was also there when we booked out and very friendly with a nice smile..we had a nice kitchen table and chairs queen bed 2 more chairs to sit in and a very nice clean bathroom

If you were staying at the front of the motel parking was tight to get in or out but being at the back we had no problem

An old school hotel motel, park out the front of your room, easy to bring luggage in from the ground floor. Full kitchen is a rare and appreciated thing these days if you cook for yourself rather than pay for overpriced and mostly disappointing fast food. NewMkt Inn also included in the tariff a bagged breakfast, coffee, juice, cereal bar and a better than average banana or choc muffin.

Floors in the room left the soles of our feet very very dirty.

I liked that the beds had a blanket rather than a duvet (which I find too heavy and hot). The shower and bath gave hot water, tha coffee maker worked well. The location was quiet but convenient. The breakfast was pretty skimpy, but for the price it was all you could want.

I would have liked the washbasin to be in the bathroom rather than just outside the bathroom door. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

Breakfast was quite adequate although it might have been nice to have a yogurt or a fruit included. The room was lovely and large and a great shower The flower gardens were amazing and joy to walk through. The room temperature was at a perfect setting for us.

It would have been a little better to have the pool open before 10 am
