We loved the space in the room, especially since we have a baby. The crib provided was an actual sturdy crib rather than a playpen, which is usually provided in other hotels. The staff was very thoughtful and lovely. Shoutout to one blond lady, whose name we don't know, unfortunately. I had guests over and we were chilling in the lobby. She kept checking in on us asking if we needed anything. At one point she came with distractions for my baby who started crying. She even came another time and gave us some muffins to enjoy. such lovely spirit she got.

The breakfast can be improved. Maybe adding more varieties. For example, pancakes were not available every day.

Breakfast was good but I did not like that all the plates, bowls and cutlery were disposable . Staff was pleasant and helpful. Beds were comfortable with added pillow top. On site EV charging stations

You also need internet access at the charge station to access the service provider’s website to id the charge station and enter your credit card number Many hotels and Motels with lower rates offer free EV charging .

Walkable to the Canadian Tire Centre so great if you are going to the Ice Hockey. Nice friendly staff and comfortable rooms.

The breakfast was very disappointing. Came down 20 minutes before the end of breakfast and there were no eggs. The general selection wasn’t very good and everything was using un-environmentally friendly disposable knives, forks and plates. No toaster so bagels would have to be eaten cold.

I liked the staff we dealt with other than the night "guard" that was a little unfriendly.

We didn't like the night "guard" that came knocking at our door at 1 am on a Saturday night after a Sens game win (that got them in playoffs) to tell us that he received a noise complaint. We were up watching TV (it was not on loud at all) and sometimes we laughed but other than that their was no reason to come knocking.

Well located and easy access near main highway. Very quiet area. Lots of parking. King room well divided and spacious with bar fridge and microwave. Room is divided so living room separate from bedroom far enough not to disturb late sleeper. Modern bathroom with spacious shower. Room and hotel is super clean. Staff very helpful and friendly. We would absolutely come back here again.

The king bed was spacious and comfortable. The duvets and pillows were comfy and cozy. The room size was larger than expected. The room was quiet even though we were on the Terry Fox Rd. side of the building. The walk in shower was perfect for my elderly mother. The variety of breakfast items available was super. The location was perfect for the birthday activities we had planned in Ottawa . The spa day at exhalo spa was excellent Family lunch at Montanas was great. Next time, we'll bring our bathing suits.

Although the access ramp was at the front of the hotel, our room was 106. The back entrance is awkward for someone with a walker. That being said, that's is the entrance and exit she chose to use.

Very quiet and convenient for our purpose, which was to astender a concert. Staff extremely pleasant and helpful.

I would like to see a $10.00 to $20.00 reduction in our second night as we did not get room cleaned the second day. We were informed of this on check in and expected it, however to stay in the room a second night without room cleaned for the second stay and not get a reduced rate is baffling. We obtained a very clean room and I think it would be more of an incentive for guests not to have the room cleaned on the second or third night if there was a reduced cost. If we had asked for the room to be cleaned, would the price be the same? That is the reason I’m suggesting a reduced cost, as the cleaners would be able to concentrate on checkouts and not second night guests. Wouldn’t stop me from staying in a Fairfield hotel again, but would make it more appealing.

Front desk staff were all great! Helpful, efficient, friendly. Bed was very comfortable and clean. Lots of free parking. Nice seating area at front of hotel. Very close to the 417 but still quiet. Walking distance to restaurants, bar, goceries, etc.

No bathtubs :(( I specifically asked for a room with a tub. Didn't get one so I assume they don't have any even though the photos show bathtubs.

Clean room. Comfortable bed. Parking was convenient. The complimentary breakfast was reasonably generous. Staff were friendly. Attractive location and setting.

The door between our room and the neighbouring room was not sealed as well as I would normally expect. Although closed and locked, we could see light coming from under the door and hear conversation and television from the adjacent room.

It is great property. Comfort, super clean, we enjoyed the breakfast, fresh bread, an smart selection of food. Nice beds, pillows, washrooms, access to the pool for ♿, water fountains, cash machine, enough sitting area, outside and in. Large rooms. Great staff. See pictures.
