Front desk personnel were accommodating and Roman was extremely helpful We arrived early and he followed up with housekeeping to confirm room was ready which unfortunately was not. We returned a couple of hours later and again he followed up with housekeeping to ensure room was available and it was. The breakfast staff were friendly and they were very mindful to keep the tables clean when guests left.

The down side to the breakfast is that the coffee was tolerable. If there is any way that you can change your coffee supplier it would be a great idea.

The room was spacious and nicely arranged. It featured a big confortable bed, a closet and a big chest drawer, a small couch and a desktop with one chair and a fully equiped kitchen but you had to sit on the desktop and eat. As a family this was a bit incovenient and we ended up eating on rotation. The internet speed was perfect for uninterapted working. The hotel location is quite convenient and it features an indoor swimming pool and gym. Extremely helpful personel. I would book again if needed.

Location as great, we needed to be close to the highway and this was super easy to get us there . Room was huge ! Breakfast was great and we always knew we we were going to be good to start our day.

Sadly the pool had an unexpected shut down while we were there, so we didn’t get to use it. Also that a few times we noticed people had parked their cars in the EV charging area.

We were 7 people and rented a 2 bedroom suite. The beds wear comfortable and the bathrooms had plenty of towels for all of us. The Hotel is very new and clean, and the rooms are spacious. My grandchildren really enjoyed the swimming pool. There was a good choice available for breakfast and the coffee tasted good too. Highly recommended!

The only negative thing that I could say, there wasn't enough cutlery and plates in the Kitchenette. But the staff happily supplied us with what we needed.

The room was big and comfortable. Extra bedding and a blanket was available for the sofa bed. Traveled with my baby so she had a lot of space to crawl around in the suite. Nice bathroom. Comfortable bed. Clean suite. Elevators working well, so no delays in and out. I wish they had electric kettles in the rooms though.....

Breakfast options could have been better. Also, there is ongoing construction adjacent to the hotel, so staying there during the week may be a nightmare (luckily, we were there for the weekend but experienced the noise the morning we checked out). I didn't like that on the morning I was to check out the cleaning lady knocked to ask what time I would be leaving. And it wasn't even my checkout time yet.

Everything was great, customer service was amazing. They switched our rooms so that we could be with the rest of the hockey team, which is great.

I honestly have no complaints. Everything went very smooth there. The only thing was the parking. At 1 point, we had gotten back and there was no parking, but they gave us a parking pass for the underground parking, so that was good.

Staff went beyond their way to accommodate us. We were a group of 30+ families and friends. We were able to use the facility's bbq equipment for a family gathering, as the staff assisted and guided us for the entire time. ( Utensils, trash bags included). When we arrived on Friday, the kitchen area was made available to us for a family dinner, even without prior request. Our stay in Ottawa wouldn't have been the same had we lodged somewhere else. This is certainly a keeper 👏 and we're planning on coming back next year. A special thank you to the manager as well for looking out for us. Truly an amazing experience

Staff is very friendly and supportive. Room had all needs for a comfortable stay. Swimming pool was large and clean and quite.

Everything was good, just breakfast didn't have enough variations. Location is new srounded with many constructions development, had to use car to go to any store.

Good location in Kanata, parking available and the room was clean and quiet.

We booked for 4 persons yet only one double bed was made. We told the staff at the reception and the guy said that we should make the other bed ourselves. Pretty rude guy who couldn’t care less. Only after insisting he sent someone up to prepare the second bed.
