I have stayed here many times. Very clean, beds are comfy. Lots of pillows. Location is excellent. Hotel is very clean. The restaurant and patio are wonderful. Cleaning staff were very good. We has a reception in the Simpson room, I believe. The room was lovely and the food was really good. Service was excellent. I appreciate Lindsey's help with planning.

The bathroom is okay. The water pressure in the sure was really poor. Trying to arrange the reception was a bit challenging. The communication was initially quite poor. I didn't get a response and had to chase down personnel to get this arranged, which was quite stressful given that it was a reception for the funeral of a loved on.

We had a room with a view of the river and the Locks, The hotel location was perfect for walking along the river front and getting to the local sights. Great to see the large and small ships entering and leaving the locks. Restaurants at the hotel were very good especially the outdoor restaurant. Very relaxing atmosphere. Staff were great and the hotel manager went out of her way to assist me to get something printed that I needed. Also really loved the in hotel Starbucks.

The location on the river was excellent. We also enjoyed one of their restaurants, Fluid. Sat outside with river view, enjoyed our attentive waitress,Summer. As we were not very hungry we shared an entré and had drinks- also excellent!

The check- in gal was very fast and dismissive with us. She was not rude, just not warm or genuine. Other desk staff were great!

Beds were comfortable. I found the room itself very relaxing.They offer a very convenient room service. Good food. You just need to scan the qr code on the desk.

Not the biggest deal, but one of the cleaners knocked on our door twice to see if we were gone so she could start cleaning. The first knock woke me up, it was pretty early. No do not disturb signs available. First time experiencing this in a hotel.

The property was nice and right by the water was beautiful, very quiet and close to everything. It was my very first time traveling with my dog and I asked them for microwave and the even brought one to my room! I couldn’t of had any complaints they were so helpful

Nothing bad I could say everything was very accommodating

Hotel staff were professional & courteous, outdoor restaurant was very nice, television was good size with multiple channel & movie access. Beautifully situated by a riverside boardwalk.

When asked to have sheets changed, the bed was made, but the linen was not changed.

The hotel has a beautiful restaurant, patio and Starbucks right on the waterfront. The staff were attentive and polite. There were other nice restaurants and shopping nearby, also a pavilion with live music and boardwalk.

Typical of this chain, clean and well kept rooms, great beds and bathroom. Did not have breakfast but they have Starbucks on site.

The dog charge is clearly a financial opportunity to make some easy revenue. A $40 charge can in no way be reflected in the cost of 'pet cleaning'. That would be the wages of two housecleaners working for an hour in one room. By far most dogs would be well toilet trained before owners would allow them in a hotel room. And the move in dogs is toward non shedding varieties. Unjustifiable.

I had the Sunday brunch and it is always really good. Bed super comfortable Rooms were clean

There was a consistent banging coming from where in the hotel. It was Sunday morning so I don’t believe it was construction. Could not figure out where it was coming from but it was loud enough to wake me from sleep at 7 am.When I did fall back asleep, house keeping knocked on my door at 9 am. I did not have a do not disturb but I thought that to be very early when check out is noon. I am a very light sleeper and so I only managed to get about 4 hours of undisturbed sleep between loud guests until 3 am, the banging and the house keeper. My room was at the end of the hall close to the exit stairs and could hear very clearly every time the door closed and that went on until 3 am. These things are out of the control of the hotel but things to consider if you’re hoping to sleep well.

Breakfast and dinner where both excellent.

The shopping mall across the street seems to be a meeting place for car enthusiast, that like to rev engines at night. The road also seems to be an area where they like to "burn rubber" due to the many marks on the pavement.
