This was the second time we stayed at this hotel and we had an excellent stay again. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff are lovely, thank you to Allan on the front desk, he was very helpful when we wanted to park a car this time. Great car park for hotel guests below the hotel, although a little expensive per day. Location is good to walk around to popular places, has a Starbucks in the hotel and felt safe walking around the area.

Breakfast buffet was very average. Didn’t have a lot of hot food variety and didn’t feel like it was worth the price. Glad we didn’t pay to have it included, there are plenty of food places around the hotel to choose from.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the CN Tower, surrounded by restaurants, and with a streetcar stop right outside. The subway is also within walking distance, which made getting around super easy with practically no need to use your car. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was very good with a variety of options.

The room felt a bit dated. Some of the furniture, like drawers, didn’t close properly and seemed a little worn. The shower curtain was clean but felt old and slightly torn—not dirty, just showing it's age.

Fantastic staff, wonderful room, and I even took advantage of the work-out room (which was very nice). Parking was easy in the hotel lot. Really nothing but good news about the hotel, and a PERFECT location for downtown Toronto events and sight seeing.

Really there was nothing about the hotel that wasn't great. I love an included breakfast, but hey this is North America and that rarely happens! The only detraction from staying here again is that the price is very high, but this must have been caused by something going on this weekend... prices were double normal which was a drag.

The room was very comfortable and extremely clean. The supply of complimentary amenities in the bathroom was appreciated. Design of room was functional yet innovative. The location was the main draw for our stay. We enjoyed the brunch at the hotel restaurant. The pools with fish enchanted my 9 year old.

I didnt understand the parking prior to arriving. There was no indication (or missed) in the booking process about this necessary detail given there is no lobby dropoff. Shower was lovely but travel partner was looking forward to a bath.

Exceptional customer service from check in to check out! My room was very clean, spacious, comfortable bed and great pillows. An ideal location for sightseeing, close proximity to the CNN Tower and a quick street car ride/subway ride to most parts of the city. Many quality restaurants within walking distance. Clean, safe area surrounding the hotel.

Some street noise could be heard on the 19th floor which was surprising considering the windows were closed and drapes drawn.

The Room achieves our expectations. The reception was the best part because the receptionist at the front desk, called Victoria, was very kind and polite to us and help us with informations about the city.

The Break Fast and parking should be included in the hotel price. It can be good for the hotel to be more attractive to tourists. The hotel could provide early check-in to help some tourists when they have flight problems.

We chose this hotel for the location which seemed to be in the heart of Toronto, we were not disappointed as we were able to walk to everything we wanted to see. The staff of the hotel were so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast which was included was very good with everything hot and fresh. Definitely will stay here again.

Maybe a little more signage outside the hotel to direct you where to check in. Also would have been helpful if there was a small trash can outside of the elevator on each floor just in case you have something to throw away.

Rob, the person we first met when checking in at the front desk, was extremely kind and helpful. He made sure my daughter had an extra special stay for her 9th birthday by sending a treat up to our room - she felt so special! The staff were all very friendly, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the meals we ordered to our room from the kitchen were fabulous. Thank you to all the staff (especially Rob!) who made our stay extra special.

Getting a bit older now but this is the second or third time I’ve stayed here. The location is amazing and central to downtown Toronto. Everything is quite accessible. But I do love the hotel the staff as super helpful and friendly. I will return at some point again when business calls

My only issue is that ride share does not know where to pick up and I found myself constantly running around the block chasing cars down. It’s starting to get a little outdated.

The staff were friendly, accommodating and the room was very clean with nice features. The view was good and there were many dining options at the hotel. The hotel hallway and inside the room had a very low noise level making it relaxing and peaceful.

The temperature was not comfortable. The heating was much too high, even when turned to lowest temperature. The room service menu didn’t have much variety and the nachos I ordered were underwhelming for the price. Also, the fire alarm went off at about 3 am and disrupted our sleep as it continued for about 20 min before announcing it was false.
