Perfect location. Breakfast exceeded expectations. Suite was very well set up and comfortable, well designed. Appreciated and used the iron & ironing board. Grateful for dishes, dish soap, tea towels. Although we could hear people in the hallways, once in their rooms all was very quiet. Either design or insulation helped with this a lot!

Room Reno’s not quite finished - hard to tell if they forgot to come back to finish 2 small things or rented ‘as is’ since it was certainly useable. A night light in toilet/shower area would have been very helpful. The need to turn on the light in sink or shower area at night was triple-bright onto the bed due to reflections off mirrored doors and above sink. Towel racks of some kind in bathroom sink area would be most helpful for wet towels/facecloth.

The pool was AMAZING! So nice and warm The Breakfast was 10/10 food quality was excellent and the options were endless! The staff were all super friendly and helpful!

The hot tub didn't stay hot Our suite was a bit dirty in spots, but overall the room was nice and the bed was comfy.

When leaving the hotel the person behind the counter would not/could not give me my bill. She said it will be emailed to me. I wanted to know what I was charged for and she would not give me any information at all. It's the most important reason why I won't stay there again.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The property was well taken care of and it was quiet in our room despite renovations being done inside the hotel and outside.

Unfortunately there was a group of youth that hung out outside the back door in the evening making it loud and difficult to exit and enter. They also made a mess in our hallway

The location and the room. The proximity off all the restaurants and the train. The breakfast buffet was excellant

The price was way to expensive. If I would of waited and booked a little later I would of saved $130. Lesson learned, no more reservations with booking.com. I should of booked directly with the establishement.

Our room was very nice. The kids loved it. It was very spacious and had everything we needed. The bed was nice and comfy as well.

The only thing I didn’t like about our room was the space under our room door. There was enough space for someone to slip something through it.

The all environment was so positive starting from reception! Extremely friendly staff. Big room with kitchen! We enjoyed the breakfast every morning. Can’t say it has much variety but the quality of food was good for me was enough, for my husband he wanted more )

The space was great. Two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms in each one was excellent. The breakfast included in the price is always great and there were a lot of excellent choices.

The lighting in the living room of the apartment was flickering. Not a major issue but a little irritating.

I was so impressed with my stay, I booked again for my return. Quiet, clean, comfortable and all the amenities needed for a refreshing night off from travels.

There are only 2 EV Chargers and the guests that used them stayed hooked up even after they were fully charged. A sign or note when staff turns on the charger to please move the vehicle when charged for others to use would be most helpful!

The location is wonderful, and quiet and comfortable , friendly staff and very kind . nice and clean room. Satisfied withe the free breakfast, love it.

Hmmm just the door , the sounds is too noisy. Just check that . Rather than nothing.
