The room was large enough so we did not feel cramped, the beds and pillows were super comfortable. The lighting was good and the heating and cooling was great. Everything was in walking distance local pubs, restaurants and casino.

The breakfast was terrible. The waffle mix was so watery it ran out of the waffle maker. When I told the employees they said it was fine. The orange juice was watered down, the little disks they called omelettes that were microwave were over cooked. They ran out of fruit salad. I asked for more and they said we have bananas wow. Coffee was terrible. The hotel is close to the bus station. So there is Alot of loitering around the hotel. The smoke detector was going off all night. We couldn't sleep. We asked the front desk attendant for a discount and she stated you must talk to a manager. We said ok can we please. Then she says she's not here. Wow how convenient.

Most hotels have a bathtub; &, have slippery floors. My room at Town Place had a shower with slightly angled floor to move the shower water to the front. The floor of the shower was NOT slippery. When I moved the water fawcet to the half way position; it was perfect. I loved the shower. There was a bar by the back of the shower to hold on to so you don't fall. It was not needed (for me).

Some hotels have parking garages; where I can park with a roof over my car. The Town Place had a $15.00 parking lot next to the hotel. I did like the fact that the lot had a gate that was operated by the reservation attendant. I didn't mind the $15.00 charge. In fact, I liked the fact that someone was controlling the access to the lot. Only a few months ago I had a problem with my Mastercard getting hacked. I have a new credit card and now, I get a warning when purchases are made. While checking in to Town Place, I noticed a $50.00 fee was put on my credit card but, would be removed when I checked out. I am home now and, there is no evidence of the charge on my Mastercard. At the time, it disturbed me that the supposedly $15.00 parking fee had taxes plus the $50.00 deposit on it.

Overall good experience. Good breakfast. Friendly Staff...

We asked for a cot for our room as the pull out was going to be too small for our two kids. The cot wasn't a problem but he said we'd have to move from our suite to a one bedroom suite because of fire hazard regulations. That was fine but the room we were moved to was actually smaller than the one we were in originally. It made so sense. The cot could have fit in the bathroom of the first room there was so much room. In this one it blocked the door to the bedroom. Bizarre. Perhaps management could revisit the reasoning...

They had a kitchen that you could store stuff and cook and warm up your food. Very close to the train station.

The choices for breakfast, not much variety, my kids or myself did not eat anything because of the limited options that did not suit us

The room was much bigger than I expected and the colour scheme was nice. The room layout was good and everything very clean. Common areas too were very clean and had nice styling.

Front desk staff were a little lackluster and didn't seem very interested in engaging with guests at all. Also the room was laid out a little oddly and there was what I believe an air conditioning unit or something in the room which was unexplained and awkward to move around. Not the end of the world, but a bit odd. I had a very short stay so it didn't impact things greatly.

Excellent location and facility met all our needs. Was great having a kitchenette and bed was extremely comfortable! Breakfast was above expectations and grateful for the assortment of both cold and hot items to select from. Would definitely book again!!

We had a great time with the family. Room was very clean and tidy. The staff was very helpful.

Some smells coming from other rooms as they are able to cook their own meals. A pool would be great too.

We stopped in this hotel as a middle point to Toronto. The hotel is easy to access. Room is clean and big.

Parking is a little bit confused and it’s not for free. The parking in front of the hotel only takes $5 dollar cash.

It was a nice big room with a kitchen and was very clean. It was great that there was a breakfast included (though see below for one issue).

The pull-out sofa bed was not at all comfortable and hadn't been made. We actually got this room to have access to the third 'bed', so it was a disappointment. Everything was fine with the breakfast other than the hot items; the eggs weren't 'real' and only sausages provided each day (variety might have been nice).
