The room was spotless and clean, microwave was clean, comfortable couch. I had the whirl pool room, big tub easily fit two, beds were very comfortable, good size TV, fantastic shower/bathroom set up, and something that makes a difference to me above most things, no 1 ply toilet paper, had quality stuff. Can always tell an owner gives a crap when the TP is quality

The whirlpool tub's hot water knob is a little loose so I had to finic with it a little bit but it wasn't bothersome, and when you turn on the cold water it squeels a little bit.

Overnight staff very helpful. Reception desk team all good in general, but the night girl had this extra "something" while attending our requests that made all the difference. Room spacious and clean. Good heating system (we went there during the winter). Coffee break simple, but you have some options including breads, sausages, eggs, yogourt, fruits and cereal. Free parking with plenty of available spots. Pet friendly for a small and very reasonable fee. All in all, good offerings by the price.

No major issues. The only observation is the coffee break / reception located in another building (crossing the parking lot). Which can be bothersome during the winter or rainy days. Even though the room acoustic is not that good, we got some pretty calm days and no incidents or big noises during our stay.

Kind staff and clean property. My dog needed a surgery, the vet a nous was at 5 min from the hotel and Montreal is at 12 min. It’s great.

All ok. Some people working around the hotel and some noises but you can not hear it while you are at the rooms

The location is very convenient, close to several stores and restaurants.

The included breakfast was not too bad, but you must leave the seating area by the breakfast end time. That is, you must finish eating and clear your table rather than just stop serving.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was excellent.

$218.00 total in my opinion was too high. I just drove from Vancouver to Nova Scotia and am on my way back so have booked 14 hotels in the past 8 weeks they were all as good or better for approx. 60 DOLLARS less.

Location was perfect for us with easy access to the highway when we headed out in the morning. Beds were comfortable. Room and hallways were clean.

My little Frenchie did not enjoy climbing up the stairs to the second floor🙄. Breakfast was decent except the eggs were a bit weird - dry and leathery!

We had a great experience at this hotel. The rooms were impeccably clean, as was the entire facility. The staff was exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options.

Very cozy spot to stay over one night. Decent value-price match

Breakfast could be improved (real butter instead a fake one, scrambled egg was a bit dry). Yet, those a tiny aspects that don't influence entire positive experience.

Overall good except the breakfast they serve the eggs in a same container along with the sausage should respect everone belief other then that the server was very nice room service was great.

As I have mention above Eggs should not be in the same warmer with the Sausage next time I hope I see the change, Thank you.

Hotel is located only about 15 minutes from downtown Montreal. There is Barbie's, Boston Pizza, Tim Hortons, Shoppers Drugmart and grocery store a walking distance from hotel. Breakfast is included and very descent.

Didn't like the view from the room - stayed in the basement. The smell of tobacco smoke was really bad in one of the rooms we had. As if somebody has been smoking there for days.
